Mastercraft Cabinets

I highly discourage anyone from doing business with this Company. The quality of the cabinets was unacceptable. We complained and were told we could only replace nine of the approximately 20 defective cabinet doors. The doors had holes and cracks where natural wood knots should be. We were told that was "the way they should be, it was the natural look." When we visited their showroom, they were unable to explain why the exact wood cabinets displayed had only a few knots as one would expect to find. Three doors were built the wrong size. The second attempt was the exact same size door as the first! It took them three attempts before the size was corrected. When a Company Rep finally visited our home, we were told we were "lucky" because our cabinets looked better than cabinets installed in his home. Their customer service and quality control are nonexistent.
