We had a great experience with M&C. We fenced a large area of our backyard in black aluminum fencing. We were concerned that our dogs would be able to slip under the panels, but the guys did a great job filling in spots where the ground was angled so that the perimeter was secure. We had an issue with our sprinkler system after the installation and the company was amazing to deal with and handled all our concerns immediately. As far as value, we initially thought they were the most expensive of 3 bids. After closer inspection it turned out the other guys had shortened the linear feet of fence (and would have given us less usable space in the yard) to come in at their price. We highly recommend Mauldin and Cook!

I was having problems with other fence companies: high quotes, long waits, and no return calls. Mauldin & Cook met with me the day after I called them and gave me a great quote. I gave them short notice, but they got the job done in one day. Everything looks great, and I couldn't be happier.

I contacted Moulding and Cook about building a fence around the swimming pool in my backyard. Larry was able to come out and qive me a quote the same day I called. After accepting the proposal, the two installers came out ahead of schedule and finished the fence in half a day. The final product was of the highest quality and looks fantastic! They might not have been the lowest priced, but their service and punctuality was worth it. In addition, they fixed the gate to our already-built privacy fence at no cost!! I would highly recommend Mauldin and Cook to anybody looking for quality work and respectful/polite employees!

I found this company by accident after calling several in the area and not being too impressed- This one I happened to see on my way home from work one day. Ray and the crew that came out did an excellant job so much so that it's been 4 mos and I just called them to update our old wood fence to a privacy fence on the neighbors side. The price was the best I had gotten from several other companies which sealed the deal!

After reading one of the reviews here, I was a little concerned about having them install a new wood fence. But, the old one they put in lasted over 20 years and they had the best price. I am so glad we went with Mauldin & Cook! Ray took his time to find out exactly what we wanted and priced it out a couple of different ways. He even came back when we changed our mind about the size of one of the gates. The fence is made with rooftop cedar pickets. It looks and smells wonderful, plus the angle of the rooftop pickets looks so pretty going up the embankment. They took their time to make sure it was close enough to the ground to keep my dogs from escaping. We did have a little issue with the drive gate, because it is on an awkward slope, but they sent Keith out and he did an excellent job of making it right. Great job at a good price and really nice people to work with make me glad we called Mauldin & Cook for our new fence!

in 1995, when we bought our new home in Woodstock, we had Mauldin and Cook install a new chain link fence for us. Now, in 2009, The fence and gates are still in great shape. The fence (and gates) has held is form and has not rusted. I would recommend their work.

Steve and his crew did a great job with my recent fence purchase. From helping determine the property line, to planning the layout and design, I feel like they bent over backwards to do a good job. His insallers were proffessional, courteous and fast. I would highly recommend Mauldin & Cook to anyone needing a fence.

Worked w/ Ray Beauchamp, who did a fantastic job of outlining our lot and finding the corners. Fence turned out looking great. We did a 5-ft, scalloped, picket fence w/ a steel framed gate, faced w/ pickets. Definitely recommended!

I have a fence that was installed by Mauldin & Cook in March of 2007. Within 7 months there were several areas of the fence tops that were lifting up wih exposed nails. I called for repair and was told they only guarantee their work for 6 months. I called on 2 separate occasions asking that a rep come out and evaluate the fence for repair; no one showed up. The gate on one side has separated from the wood and if the wind blows, the gate opens. Several planks are also separated with exposed nails. After paying over $3500 for a fence, I've had to pay for repairs within the 1st year. I would not recommed this company and I'm sorry that I chose them.

All of our fences and gates are warranted for 1 year and sometimes longer depending on the situation. We have never turned a customer away from a reasonable request for warranty on any of our fences. With that said, we do not warranty against pressure treated wood warping, splitting or checking. We use only Great Southern P/T wood and the manufacturer does not warranty against these defects either. I would greatly appreciate a phone call from this customer personally to resolve these issues. This company did my fence a couple years ago and they did a really good job!! They were prompt with their estimate and started installing the fence within the next week. Their work was very high quality. I recommended them to all of my friends!

This company did my fencing for me and the sales person (Jack) at the time was great. Good follow up etc. I referred him to several people who did business with him/them. Sadly he left/was fired?? Since then they have gone downhill. I have had some issues w/ my gate-which was an installation problem of theirs and other repair issues and they have quoted me 3 x what others have to do repair their own work. Look elsewhere if you need fencing.
