After I broke my leg, I needed help to go beyond the physical therapy. Michael provided exactly the right service, pushing me hard enough to make sure I regained strength and mobility. After I could keep up with the crowd, I joined one of his 2x/week classes. I enjoy the class (never thought I's say that about exercise) and it is just the right amount of personal attention and skilled training that I need. As I look forward to a potential knee replacement, I will definitely work with Michael both before and after surgery to make sure I get a complete recovery.I would recommend Michael's approach to personal training to anyone - whether or not they have an injury or other physical challenge.

Michael is a talented trainer who has a great deal of knowledge and expertise that has helped me meet my fitness goals while at the same time helping me avoid injury while working out. Michael is keen on form and proper technique and creates a custom plan that is effective and quickly shows results. Micheal's approach is holistic and covers strength training, conditioning, flexibility, and diet. I have been very happy with my personal results and I highly recommend his services.

Michael Bonetti is the epitome of a true personal trainer. He meets with each potential client to understand their goals, objectives & motivation and proceeds to develop & tailor a training protocol to specifically address the stated needs. During the training sessions, he ensures proper & safe execution of the various exercises and records relevant data, i.e. reps, weights, etc. on his laptop to track progress and to incrementally enhance the program. Neither a cheerleader nor a drill sergeant, Michael is a motivating partner on your journey to fitness.

Max 4 Fitness offers very skilled and knowledgeable training. While working out there, I've gotten good results in fitness, strength and health while remaining injury free. The small group or individual setting offers attention to proper form and individual fitness needs. My trainer there is very good at maintaining challenge and variety in work outs in a calm supportive way. Max 4 fitness has earned my enthusiastic recommendation.
