This Gym is a great place as far as I'm concerned. Never had any problems its notr overcrowded and they have everything I need to get in shape. I've been a member on and off for over 3 yrs and can't find a better deal in town

This gym continues to push the boundaries of suckiness!! The power has gone out again, that makes two times in about 4 months. Do not waste your time and money with this gym! Any good reviews posted for this gym are by employees, don't be fooled!

I have been working out at this gym for less than a year. It has so much potential, but the owners/managers have dropped the ball on such simple stuff: place is dirty and dusty frequently, machines are slow to be fixed when broken and equipment concept behind the times. With that said, I have enjoyed the access 24/7. I like a gym that is no-nonsense; don't need pools, saunas, etc. Despite one of these reviews, Greg Burch has been a fantastic trainer. He is very knowledgable, a super motivator, and very easy to get along with. He has changed my mindset in training, and I feel very encouraged about my progress. I have seen him engage with all types of people, and people of color in a friendly, professional way. (One review said he was discriminatory, huhhh!) However, he has moved on to a bigger and better opportunity so he will be missed. Lauren is also very good. Pilates is well taught by her as is the spinning class. I hope this facilty can rise above some of these problems mentioned as the location is convienient for me.

The gym is very clean and very nice considering what the membership costs are (inexpensive). The staff, owner, trainers, grp fit instructors are all approachable. The previous "poster" clearly has an axe to grind. Sorry Greg and Mitch. Y'all have a great facility that's now less one unsatisfiable and likely undesireable person.

I joined this gym first quarter 2009 under the leadership of Jason, Lucy & David Thrasher who were outstanding managers as well as excellent trainers - Kudos to the original Maximum Output Team they have been greatly missed - .. Since their departure the fitness center has experienced numerous changes and I don't have a problem with changes but I do have a problem with poor customer service - The fitness center has changed from outstanding to total dissatisfaction particularly in the areas of management staff - . The management staff Mr. Greg is very discriminative, totally condescending, moody and verbally abusive. Mr. Greg has displayed such a negative attitude towards customers as well as other fitness staff his behavior is totally unacceptable to the fitness community - Furthermore, the gym is place in which you come to relax and relieve some stress; however, Mr. Greg has made this fitness center stressful, unrewarding and place that you don't want to come - I have referred several customers to Maximum Output in the past but today this fitness center is off limits to people who deserve to receive excellent customer service without discriminative remarks as well as having to deal with moody staff - Mitch I hope that you read this remark because good staff is valuable to a successful business - . Happy New Year and Good Bye to Maximum Output - .

David Thrasher was the most amazing trainer ever. He will be greatly missed in the training business. He was such a caring and loving man. He will forever be in everyone's hearts and we will never forget how incredibly motivated and entertaining he was. No one will ever find a friend or trainer like David Thrasher. Knock it down!!!

I have belonged to many gyms across the country and this one is the best! Personnel are friendly and caring and make you feel at home. I would suggest the review offered by SonOfNer was placed by someone who was overly sensitive that day and let his bad mood get in the way of sound judgment. I have found the personnel to be nothing but respectful and helpful. I would recommend this gym to anyone and EVERYONE!! "Butch up" SonOfNer and don't let your bad mood hurt the reputation of some of the nicest, most talented people I've ever had the pleasure to meet.

I started here about 6 months ago because the guy at Ultimate kept double charging my credit card every month. Its not a state of the art "dodgeball" place like Worlds but it is a great facility. I like the trainers there. They are professionals and not some bored aerobics instructor who took a weekend class. If you get "profiled" its probably because your from Riverdale. Yuck.

I wrote a less than positive review and got criticized for telling the truth about my experience. Well, apparently I wasn't the only one because it's now closed. Good riddance. As any personal trainer will tell you, you get out what you put in. Ditto on customer disservice.
