Stay away from them., 7/31/2009

I would recommend people to stay away from them. They came into our water damaged house, took all the money from my insurance company and then started delaying the work. Out of frustration and... terrible living condition for me and my family in a water damaged house, I decided to fire them. Instead of refunding me my money for incomplet task, they put a lien on my home asking for more money. Not only that, they also broke furniture at my home because of their negligent workstyle. Later I found out that there is another person, who lives near my home, facing similar delays. That person also decided to fire McClincys and hire another contractor. In return McClincy's has put a lien against his home as well.If you care for your money, if you want to avoid legal hassles after the reconstruction work is done then stay away from McClincy's. You would be much better off hiring some other contractor.
