McClung did a residential survey for me but botched the visit date, had to go out twice and took forever to provide me with the report, NEVER ONCE calling me to give me updates. I had to call them several times to check in and they kept putting me on hold forever and then forgetting about me so I would ring back to the receptionist who would put me back on hold. I understand mistakes happen but I hate the lack of communication and poor customer service on their part. They were priced higher than some but lower than others I called.
