They sold me a one year maintenance agreement which included 2 service visits for maintenance. They did one visit and then refused to do the second one because it had been 12 months since I purchased the contract. YES I prepaid for these two visits and they refused to honor the second. The owner was so extremely rude to me. When I asked her if she was ok with losing an established customer over a $60 maintenance visit she said she was fine with it and actually LAUGHED. I hope no one will do business with a company that takes money for a service and then refuses to provide and is RUDE about it on top of it!!
