John in Body Shop has installed things to our Jeep Grand Cherokee for very cheap and reasonable prices. Great service from the parts & Service Dept. as well.

Will NEVER again buy a vehicle here, HONEST! Service department is horrid-drop your vehicle off at 9am, don't plan on having it until the next day no matter how minor the repair is--if you HAVE to go to the service department, INSIST on speaking to the manager and having him oversee.

I first went to this dealer in 2002 when I was shopping for a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. I soon tired of beeing jerked around. I bought the vehicle else where. I did take it here for maintenance for a while because it was closer to home. But, again, soon tired of beeing jerked around and charged for thing they didn't do.

We had traveled all over town trying to find me a car that I liked. I had almost given up when we stopped at McCune. I tested several vehicles, most of which my husband didn't like for one reason or another. I stopped at a copper vehicle at the end of the row, and said that it was the one. The McCune staff went overboard to see that I got the vehicle, which faithfully served me for one hundred thousand miles.

Typical dealer, they love you and court you during the sale. Once you buy the vehicle, the service is not quite the same afterwards. I would not buy from these guys again, I didn't like how it was a such a drastic difference when getting our van serviced.
