I took my vehicle in for a repair and was told it would be ready that afternoon and they would call me to come get it. The call I received wasn't to tell me to come get it, but that it wouldn't be ready till the next morning. At 1pm I received a call that it might be ready by 5, but that they were working on it. I made the appointment on Monday - they didn't even have the parts for my vehicle they needed when I took it in on Thursday. I would not recommend this repair shop nor will I use them again. Because they were ill prepared for my appointment I am being charged more AND it is taking way longer than necessary. Unacceptable.

My car was serviced here yesterday for a problem I've had 'repaired' yearly for the past five years. Not only does it seem to be repaired now, I was told to come back if it does reappear. Fast service as well -- three hours work compared to other shops keeping the car at least one night before.

We had electrical problems with our vehicle that countless mechanics could not repair. We took it to Bill and they were able to diagnosis it in a day and fix it by the next for around $200. Incredible! Maybe i shouldn't be writing this review because they're already very popular.

Everyone knows how it would feel to have a mechanic that you can trust. This one is it. These guys are the best in the business that I have found. After my 80 year old mother was quoted over $1000.00 to have her car fixed (at one of the McDonough dealerships) Bill found it was only a hose that needed to be replaced. He not only replaced the hose, he didn't even charge her. If you want great service and personal care, make it a point to call them.
