I had a complicated surgery performed by Dr McGlamry in October of 2010. I am now about eight months post op, and have had great results. Dr McGlamry was always very responsive to my questions following the surgery whether they be by phone or during one of the office visits. I will say in regards to one of the other reviews; that sometimes he does run late on appointments, but that is because he does not rush you during a visit and is always very thorough in answering any questions you may have.

I took my teenage daughter to Dr. McGlamry and he was able to diagnose her foot/ankle problem after we had wasted years seeing orthopedists. Dr. McGlamry is recommended as one of the top podiatric surgeons in the country for his expertise. Now I know why!! He is fantastic.

In response to the gentleman with the 1 hour wait. I indeed did tell him we were doing the best we could. In medicine emergencies do arise. After tolerating his venting for several minutes I offered him the option of treatment or ending the visit and he left. We provide high quality care and give pt's the time needed for their specific problems

I just waited 1 full hour in the exam room, not the waiting room, before Dr. McGlamry finally decided to honor me with his presence. All he could say was "I'm doing the best I can." When you make an appointment, they are sure to tell you that you'll be charged for a missed appointment. I wish there was a way I could bill him for my wasted time. He told me I had the option to leave at no charge, so that's what I did. I will not condone this poor customer service by paying for it.

This is a for profit healthcare place at its best! I had an ingrown toe nail removed. I was told the healing will take about a month. I still cannot put the shoe on after over two months, 3 infections and finally having another podiatrist do it right. During one of the visits about the infection the doctor was wrapping my toe while looking at the another patient documents the nurse was showing him. Stay away - save yourself pain, time and money.
