The facility is a welcome addition to the city. The main problem that I have with it is that it's a haven for underage children and adults who are noisy and rowdy! I work and am not able to go to the center until after 5:00. By then, it's inundated with children running and screaming all over the place, with no adult supervision. It's as if the parents feel that this is either a daycare for their children or a place to tell them to just go to get out of the house! And the computer lab is really no better. There are no adults present ever, and when there are these young adults (17-19), they don't enforce the rules at all. These kids and some of the adults turn the volume on the computers up and there are nothing but competing sounds in the entire room. There just need to be some rules in place, and frankly speaking, an adult to enforce them. The computers should be fixed (like the library's) that if folks don't come with headphones, they won't be able to hear the sounds. This is such a nice facility, but it's kinda bad when the "rotten apples" spoil it for everyone and people start to avoid it.
