My car had a starting trouble and I think there was also some problem in engine because some noise was continuously coming. I handed my car to them and I got my car next day delivered too my home without much money going from my pocket. Price was reasonable and affordable. I will give A+ rating to them.
Really BAD Customer Service. My insurance picked them for a small accident, rear bumper and trunk. I had to have them repaint my car 3 times. 1st time too dark and they said it was lighting and plastic. 2nd time bumper too light and said they painted the trunk too but it had 3 different colors on the car. 3rd time, the bumper matched the color of the car but the trunk is a shade off. The guy said I was color blind and I didnt know what I was talking about. I dont trust them as they lied several times to get me to move on with the 1st and 2nd time the car was painted. Will not recommend ever!!

My insurance took my car to Mclaren auto body shoppe and promised us it will only take a month to fix the whole damage of the car (rear ended). A month later the car was not done and their excuse was the convertible was not aligned and they need to wait for the parts from BMW. Aside from that, their excuse was the car was too new and it was their first time to work on a hard top convertible. On top of it, they won't give me a loaner. As I argued they end up paying half of my deductible which was not even enough to cover my car rental. After 2 weeks the car was ready and a week after I got it from them, I've notice that the trunk was not self locking and was not aligned. I called and they said they will fix it and will give me a loaner. One of the frustrating part was they asked me to be in their shoppe early in the morning to rush it to BMW to have fix and to get it the same day. How can they do that when the first time they tried fixing my car took them 6 weeks to figure it out. I know most of the damage was done already and it was just the alignment that needs to work on but, I want it to be perfect so I don't have to go back and return the car for warranty since I live and work in San Diego. In short the service and quality of work is very poor!

I dropped off my car a while back because of a broken side mirror. I didn't even ask the price because i didnt think a side mirror to a honda civic would be that expensive. Took them 3 days to find the part, and charged me $250.00. Seems to expensiveif you ask me.
