He did a divorce for a friend. OMG, what a mess. They are STILL trying to get his mess straightened out. He cost them a HUGE amount of money. And do not believe a word he says. It's all in the name of MONEY. He even went so far as to treat my friend like an idiot. Suggesting things that there is no way it could ever be construed, as in their best interest.

Tim McKinney is a cheat. He said in a hearing, I don't know Your Honor I couldn't understand the tax return. It was a fiancial case based on the tax returns, he didn't even look at the first pages which had the answer the judge wanted. He doesn't do the work, except to argue for his fees...He seems very warm and it sucks you in at a time when you need to believe in something! COMPLETE WASTE--Complaing to the BAR is next.

I agree with the other reviewer. This attorney milks all the money out of you he can and never finishes anything. My file was 6 inches thick, half of that had to be me contacting him to try and get him to do his job. Over and over again he promised, had no trouble taking the money, but never completed anything. The attorney who took the case after him could not believe how badly he handled things.

This attorney is VERY EXPENSIVE and is not a man of his word. He lied so much it was not funny. He promises you what you want to hear, collects your money, then refuses to do what he promised you later. He finalized nothing in the divorce. Ruined my relationship with my children and still handed me a bill for over 20K. He was more help to the ex than he was to me. Represent yourself before using this office
