I called AHS because of two problems we've been having. Mr. Meadows contacted me that afternoon, arrived twenty minutes later with his assistant, Robin, found the short in a different outlet that was in sequence, repaired it, identified the miswiring in my house (which isn't covered by AHS warranty) and fixed it without asking for any additional payment. In and out of my house in just over an hour. Very pleasant to deal with, very proffesional, great service. I will call his company when I need additional services as well.

Meadows came out as the assignee for an AHS warranty call which turned out not to be covered. Our electrical panel had been hit with either a surge or lightning which caused a faulty flow of electricity into the house. Mr. Meadows was able to get us working temporarily and quoted us a fair price for the replacement of the box with new breakers. We made arrangements and had him come out. He was willing to do the work on a Saturday for no extra charge and had the full power restored in under three hours. Both he and his assistant were very professional, cleaned the work area, and went above and beyond what was expected. Would recommended them and use them again!!!

Mr. Meadows made one service call three weeks ago and bid on a job for nearly two thousand dollars. (I had him come out because I saw positive reviews on a website). I accepted his bid. He called four days before work was to begin, claiming he was too busy to ever do the work I had hired him to do, not even offering to reschedule. This was very frustrating and time consuming experience as I will have to take more time off work to resolve this issue. If you need a dependable electrician, this isn't one.

We had a breaker go out and we invoked our AHS home warranty to get it fixed. Originally they were going to send another company (which has horrible reviews on this site | TOTAL QUALITY SERVICES, INC. ). That company fortunately could not make it out for another week. AHS then called David Meadows. He called within a few hours of assignment and arranged for a time the next morning. He then called that morning and said he was running early and he could be there in a few minutes if it was ok with us. Sure! Him and his assistance quickly determined that the improper breaker had been used (20amp on a 15amp wire). He replaced the breaker, checked all the effected rooms and checked the amp. pull with different lights and appliances plugged in. We were very happy with their service and would recommend them to our friends and family.
