Happy Spine
I have an injury to my spinal disc (IDD). The pain is the same as herniated disc without the physically weakness. Heidi was a perfect therapist. She took great care in making me feel comfortable but did not back off on getting me stronger. She will not waist her time or mine by doing exercises I could do at home. She is perfect!

Awesome care
I could not have received better care anywhere. As a new patient in excrutiating pain, they worked me in for my first visit late in the day, when other offices turned me down. Heidi truly cares about her patients. She is awesome. I was able to make a full recovery without further nonsurgical or surgical interventions and minimal medications in a short period of time. This was my first experience with physical therapy. It was definitely a positive in ALL respects.
