Thanks, Susan Hestly, for a great relationship throughout the project. Susan helped us understand the products and options for everything. We got a good deal with a discount + undermount sink for all our kitchen counter needs. The service tech guys were great, prompt, did a fine job. We are very thankful for our kitchen counters. Great value with these folks but I guess you get what you pay for. I had 4 meetings or installation times set up and they never met one on time. When they finally arrived two hours late for the installation they were like bulls in a china cabinet actually breaking the seals on the drywall behind the sink with their crowbars and not repairing the damage plus they scratched the new cabinetry and freshly painted walls. I reached out to them when they had left to tell them of the problem both on the phone and through email and they never responded to me. I couldn't talk to the "installation" team as only one spoke broken English. The final problem was that they never contacted me to see if I was pleased with the job and automatically charged my credit card for the balance due. Again you get what you pay for- we are pleased with the counter tops but not the hundred plus dollars we have had to spend to repair their damage.
