Our experience began with a misquote on the sink to be installed with the new granite. Its price increased close to 50%. Had our contractor not mis-measured the square footage required for the travertine, we would have been none the wiser to the price gouging Mega Granite exacted on us. The day our installer came, he determined the shortage. I called Mega to order additional product, and was told they would have to call me back. After waiting 3 hours I called them again. They stated they could not arrange for us to get additional product that day. With a little sleuthing I located their distributor and verified they still had more of our lot in stock. Our installer recommended I call Tile and Stone Express (TSE) in Douglasville, Ga. Not only did Josh at TSE make arrangements for us to pick up our tile at will-call at the distributor within 15 minutes, but his price was almost HALF per square foot charged by Mega Granite. I called Mega to request a refund, but the owner chose not to return my call. If you want great service and a fair price, skip Mega, and call Josh at Tile and Stone Express. You'll be glad you did!

Thanks, Susan Hestly, for a great relationship throughout the project. Susan helped us understand the products and options for everything. We got a good deal with a discount + undermount sink for all our kitchen counter needs. The service tech guys were great, prompt, did a fine job. We are very thankful for our kitchen counters. Thanks, God, for making New Venetian Gold granite. Thanks, Mega-Granite, for getting it beautifully into our house.

Great value with these folks but I guess you get what you pay for. I had 4 meetings or installation times set up and they never met one on time. When they finally arrived two hours late for the installation they were like bulls in a china cabinet actually breaking the seals on the drywall behind the sink with their crowbars and not repairing the damage plus they scratched the new cabinetry and freshly painted walls. I reached out to them when they had left to tell them of the problem both on the phone and through email and they never responded to me. I couldn't talk to the "installation" team as only one spoke broken English. The final problem was that they never contacted me to see if I was pleased with the job and automatically charged my credit card for the balance due. Again you get what you pay for- we are pleased with the counter tops but not the hundred plus dollars we have had to spend to repair their damage.
