beware, 5/26/2015

My daughters were brought to Dr. Nicolini for difficulty in transitions during a divorce. To say the least the whole experience was completely unprofessional bordering on unethical. Not only did... she not inform me of any progress or concerns with therapy as a parent, but she also acted outside her scope as a therapist for my children. I was forced to hire another psychologist to undo the damage Dr. Nicolini had done and get them the help that they needed. I would highly recommend against taking your children to this clinician. She is not only unprofessional, but also seems to lack the clinical know how on how to help her patients and their families. Unfortunately my children are not old enough to understand the irreparable damage caused by this person or voice any meaningful concerns. I feel compelled to let warn other parents who may be seeking help for their children that our experience was a costly failure.

Not worth the time, 5/21/2015

I took my son there for 6 months, twice a week when he was around 11. She had no idea what to do with him. It was like counseling, the reward/ consequence that you can do yourself, not looking for... the reason. For the sake of the kids and parents, I hope she got better

Awful experience for my daughter

in 5 years never got to the core of issues new therapist did in 4 months. For years the Dr would see my daughter and steer the topics and therapy 100% seemingly avoiding things that didn't fit the Drs agenda. My daughter ended up hospitalized and we changed therapists after. The new Therapist is big on letting my daughter guide the session, and the progress has been amazing. I would avoid at all costs.

The best possible care for your kids

My child sees Dr Nicolini and has for some time now. She has a no nonsense approach to care which is very effective, and got us results quickly. She took the time to be in contact with others who my child was in the care of, and provided a very comprehensive approach to bringing everyone together to get amazing results.
