Melanie worked with us for almost a year to get us qualified. Being self-employed and qualifying us for an FHA home took some work, but she was excellent every step of the way. When a mistake was made towards the end, Melanie went above and beyond to fix it and make sure things were made right. I think it speaks volumes that even when things don't go smoothly, Melanie will do whatever is necessary to ensure her clients are satisfied. I can't recommend her enough.

My whole home buying experience was fantastic because of Melanie. I was amazed that she always answered my emails and a call within 5 minutes, every time, no matter what the question was about. Also, she was always on top of the next step, often before I knew what the next step should be. In today’s market it is imperative to know and trust the person in charge of the finances. My wife and I worked with Melanie for over a year before purchasing our home. Whenever we needed pre-approvals or advice on anything related to our purchase, I would give Melanie a call and within a few minutes, it was taken care of. My husband and I were having a problem with our first lender,he was not very truthful and our realtor recommended Melanie. Words can not express what this woman did for us. Even when it looked like we might lose our house Melanie and her staff took it upon themselves to make sure we did not. This was our first house, and if it were not for Melanie we would not have our own home. She is truthful, ready to work when others want to give up. My wife and I found a short sale we fell in love with, after waiting about 5 months and the bank playing games we decided to walk away. We were referred to Melanie who was able to re-fi our existing loan on our home, save us some money,so much so that when I find our next home, instead of selling mine we will utilize it as a true rental property and see some returns on it.
