I've lived in several cities over the past 30+ years, with a different dentist in each. None even come close to Dr. Stone. Of course, treatments are excellent as you'd expect from any good dentist. What Makes Dr. Stone so outstanding is that she makes you feel like part of her family. I'm pretty tough and rarely give out five-star reviews...but I have no problem at all giving Melmar and Dr. Stone my 100% endorsement.

I travel from S. Atlanta to Duluth (55 minutes) to Dr. Stone's office! She takes great care of her patients and her staff is always friendly. I like that her office has the latest technology to provide the best service. I also appreciate that Dr. Stone talks to you about what's going on in your mouth and will even pull out a mirror for you to see exactly what she's referring to. My mother visited from N. Alabama and had to see a dentist for a tooth ache that her regular dentist could not diagnose. Dr. Stone identified the problem and ended my mom's dental pain. My mother is now her patient too and travels 4 hours to see Dr. Stone on a regular basis. Having previously used a big, assembly-line dental practice for dental care, I totally appreciate the personal service from Melmar Dental! I also like being able to get care on Saturdays!

I have been a patient of Dr. Stone for more than 5 years now. I have been very pleased with every visit. Dr. Stone is knowledgeable and professional. She focuses on healthy habits and has a keen eye for problem areas before they progress! I would reference this practice to anyone! Regina from Buford

I called this office attempting to schedule an appointment. I was put on hold for over two minutes, and then someone else picked up the phone and hung up on me. I called back and asked for a general price quote for a specific service. I was treated like I was stupid for even asking, and I was told they do not give out price quotes. The person who answered then made a negative comment about the sound of my voice. Needless to say, I did not schedule an appointment.

You called the office to request specific dental information without being seen by a dentist. The receptionist informed you that you needed to come in for a consultation in order to provide you with the correct quote. When asked if you were interested in making an appointment you said that you were just calling around. After being put on hold briefly for the receptionist to assist another patient, you became difficult and verbally abusive so the receptionist politely asked to end the conversation. In the future, you should practice being respectful to others. It is unfortunate that you could not come in to see the dentist because you would have found your experience to be a good one. We wish you all the best as you explore your options.
