I love shopping at this store! It's a wonderful place to get everything I need. They always seem to have what I'm looking for, and if they don't, they scour all their distributors and outside sources to find it. It's great to see that customer service is not dead in Mentor. The meat and produce departments always have a fresh and wonderful selection. The advertisements are extremely competitive with the ""big stores"" and they have a wide variety of everyday low prices and in-store sales. Mentor Family Foods is a top notch store in a small family store shell.

I love coming in to this store. They have the Best selection of meats and poultry and I am here to tell you that I have always gotten great customer service from the butcher, deli guy and the employees working the registers. Yes, some of the prices are higher than Giant Eagle on some items, but you are in and out in no time without have to go up and down 10 aisles to find what you are looking for.
