What's all the fuss about?
I don't know about other people's experiences, but I had an exceptionally good one at Stahl Motor Co Inc. The moment I parked, there was a nice gentlemen standing at the door that guided me through the entire process with almost no problems whatsoever. I told him about the car that I was interested in and he worked with me. Very friendly and very courteous staff.

Miserable Stahl Style Service!
Miserable Service! you can be better off buying your car from used car sales people than Stahl. they have the worst sales people &management. Unfortunately, as soon as you purchase your car kiss it good buy any services or problem with the car. Be Careful.

Worst Experience; Shady!!
I was interested in a buying a 2010 Kia Forte; I found it on a car website; it was perfect. I called 1 week before I drove down there because I live an hour away and didn't want to get there and they not have the Kia Forte. A sales men confirmed that they had the vehicle and if they sold it before I got there then he would call me. As the week went by I never received a call. Then on Saturday at 9 AM before I left my house I called them and asked if they had the forte. A sales men named Hector confirmed that the car was on loan to someone getting there car fixed but would arrive at Noon. I told him I would be there at noon and had every intention of purchasing the vehicle. I arrived at 11:40 AM and the car was at the front door; a sales men walked out and asked if he could help me. I told him I wanted to purchase that car and he said ""this car was just sold 5 minutes ago"" I said ""no because I just called and spoke with Hector"" I walked in and there was Hector; with no explanation. He brought the manager Dave out and he said he was sorry and would try to get another; he told me he would call me in 1 hour and we can come back and sign some papers. We went to the mall and waited around in Monterey. And waited and waited and waited After 4.5 hours of waiting I called and he said he did not have any news for me; and wouldn't know until the next day (he never thought to call me)The next few days I had to call them multiple times to hear anything; they never called me back to give me updates. Then on Thursday I called Hector (the sales men) at 9AM and didn't receive a call back until 4PM (he told me he was with one customer all day) At the end of it all I did not feel comfortable doing business with them, so I told Hector that I just did not think they were professional and was not going to do business. He said he was sorry and that if I wanted that car so badly maybe I should have thought to put some money down to hold it. (which I would have done if they told me...

Horrible service
Just like the review before me, I had a great experience buying my car at Stahl but it started giving me trouble right away. I took it in and they kept it over night giving it to a service tech to take home and he put 130 miles on my brand new car!!! I was so upset when they told me this that I didn't bother to look over my car. When I got home my husband noticed a scratch that was across the bumper and I had to take it back again to be repaired. They never found out what was wrong with my car and since then it has been a nightmare. Looks like I will have to look into the lemon law as well.

The worst service department I ever encountered
I had an extremely bad experience with this dealerships service department. I can honestly say the service manager Roy Yamada does not possess the traits of helping customers through the repair process. He does not understand follow-up or communications. His lack of service reflects poorly on the overall experience at Stahl Motors. The sales process was quite delightful but I have been extremely disappointed once I had to have my car services. In fact I had to in act the lemon law and Stahl Motors was not helpful in anyway. There is no ""goodwill"" at Stahl motors.
