Merchants Package Store

When I walked into Merchants Package Store, I was amazed with the selection of wines and liquors! I appreciated the staff’s friendliness and knowledge to recommend the best wine for a gift. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

This is the best store in the area! I am new to the area and went to about 5 stores in around here and no one has the beer, scotch, or whiskey selection that they do. They also have a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. One of the people there walked around with me while I was shopping for my party to help me pick out what would be best for me and she showed me all the deals they had so I would get the best deal and not overpay. All i have to say is check out the place and you won't be disappointed!

She walked around the entire store with me and showing me new stuff and explaining what the differences were between things. She also made sure she showed me their best deals to make sure i got the best deal. My party was a huge success based on the ideas she gave me. All i have to say is check out the place and you won't be disappointed!

I only shop at this package store if I don’t have time or feel like driving to Sherlock’s. They have the basics but nothing special. Many times they have not had what I was looking for at all and never have offered to try to get it. I would much rather drive to “The Wine Store” further down Johnson’s Ferry or to Sherlock’s on Roswell Road. They are both cheaper and have a much better selection.

This is the type of place that works if you know exactly what you want. I've shopped here many times because of location but never received assistance above basic cashier or stock clerk. They don't know their wine or beer and are moderately concerned about customer service. Their wine and beer selection is nothing to write about.
