They were not doing what I paid them to do which is simply clean my home. They failed to do obvious things like clean the kitchen sink and thoroughly vacuum the living room carpet. I emailed them with photos of the dust that fell off my finger after I ran it across my wood blinds on the same day they cleaned. I never got so much as a return call or email. Use this company at your own risk!

I used Merry Maids for years and put up with them breaking stuff. I was stupid. I finally had enough and fired them. The thing that got me the most was they would break something and not tell me. We would just find the broken item on the floor or find out it was broken after they left. They broke my stove by spraying too much cleaner on it and it got in to the electronics. They broke many irreplaceable nick knacks, gifts, old family heirlooms and collectables. Find someone else to clean or clean your own house. Merry Maids is not worth it.

I paid $99 weekly for maid service. First time they did great, but after that the service was awful. Floors were dirty, items were not dusted, counters were still sticky. I would come home, and the house wouldn't even smell clean! I had to call twice for them to redo areas, then after that I had to cancel my service. Their prices are also higher than anyone else. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

this company is the worst i have ever delt with.. i do not understand how cleaning this would be so hard... i would come home and the house was still dirty they would forget to clean rooms and even dust off something. i would always call them to come back and fix it and they never would. i paid them to come out 4 times and clean it was never worth it. i thought ohmaybe this time it will be better.. do not waist your money they are not worth it.

Merry Maids Lawrenceville were terrible at cleaning my home. One maid they sent to my home did not clean my microwave that sits above my stove. When I brought it to her attention, she told me she didnt clean the microwave because she was too short to reach it. The last straw was when they forgot to clean an entire room! Don't waste your money

I was impressed by the sales pitch and paid $240 for the first cleaning which was super. Two weeks later I paid the regular rate of $122 and received average cleaning (they left off sweeping and moping my bathroom floor). Third cleaning was even more lax as they left off the bathroom floor, sinks and tub that time. Also failed to dust most of the wood furniture. At the first cleaning I gave my house key to the Branch Manager and was told it would be secured in their special system. So special they tell me now I never gave it to them!

They broke things, didn't clean everything and had to do re-cleans at least twice. I kept trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but the last straw was when they broke a very special anniversary gift and didn't even call to apologize. Even after I called AND sent a letter I got no response from the manager. They finally reimbursed me for all of the broken items after I called 3 more times, but I never once got so much as an apology or courtesy call from the manager. Very disappointing! Don't waste your money.
