I guess they drag out the work to charge more. $110/hr + $18/hr for helper + $59 service fee? They spent almost 3 hours to do a 45 minute job replacing 2 flush valves & a leaky faucet. They had to drive to downtown Dallas for a flush valve, so that took an extra hour?? The toilets were completely torn apart by then so I had no choice but to wait & pay them the ransom they demanded. Never again.

To start, they showed up an hour and a half late. When I called to see where they were, I was told they went to lunch. When they finally arrived, they didn't bring any tools inside and had to make several unncecssary trips to the van for basic items. (ie: a wrench). After 3 hours of messing around and unable to figure out the problem, they called the supervisor. Why this wasn't done after 30 minutes of confusion, is beyond me. After the supervisor told them what to do, they had to go to the store to get the part. After almost 4 hours they fixed the original problem. But in the process created a NEW problem that they claimed they couldn't fix. This has to be hands down the worst plumbing company I've ever used. And the people that wrote good reviews, probably work there.

Used them on a project and while the price was "decent" others were more or less as competitive, had issues meeting schedules, didn't meet commitments, bad about leaving trash on job, did not install was was on the plans in some cases and now, months after the job is done and they have been paid, still cannot get anyone to respond to providing manuals and information on equipment supplied. Make sure you hold money on them until your COMPLETELY satisfied and done.

We recently updated our kitchen. Mesquite Plumbing did a fantastic job! The workers were professional and the price was less than others had quoted. The remodel was done on time and within budget. The remodel has been complete for over 4 months now and we have had no problems with any of the work (dishwasher install, fridge install, new sink, new disposal, new pipes under sink). Would highly recommend!

Expect to pay $95/hr for the plumber and 12.50/hr for his "helper". Also even though I had described the problem clearly, they had to make a 1 hour trip to the parts store (and had lunch?) while charging the above labor. I dont mind paying for professional help, but 3 hours to do a 45 minute job? Highly do not recommend. I support our local businesses, but not this one.
