Metro Cycles of Atlanta Inc

Took my bike to another shop, spent over $200 on diagnostics and repairs. My bike was still not right, they told me I needed over $650 in additional repairs. Took it to Metro, they said they would charge $76 for diagnostic. Left my bike, they called me 2 hours later and said there was a short in my wiring harness and that they fixed it during the diagnostic process. Have put 2,ooo miles on my bike since and it's been perfect! Couldn't be happier!

My husband took in his motorcycle to be repaired. Was quoted a price, then was told it would be anothe $250.00 to repair. Got bike back and have taken it back 4 times and they are saying now we need further repairs. This is for something they should have fixed to start with and was paid for. If you value your bike, DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM METRO! Bought a sport bike. After pulling away the bike would cut off occasionally when not on the throttle then cut off all together in the first month, their website states "all units are thouroughly checked and in A+ running condition", HA WHAT A JOKE! TOOK IT BACK TO THEM AND THEY FIND THE BIKE HAS CORRODED WIRES, GAS TANK VACUUM HOSE CAME COMPLETELY OFF, TAIL LIGHTS WERE JACKED UP AND STOPPED WORKING, BEWARE, YOU MIGHT DIE ON A METRO CYCLE BIKE! THEN THEY MADE ME PAY FOR THE REPAIR AND SAID THEY OFFERED A WARRANTY! TOTAL BS, NOT ONLY THAT, MANAGER WAS A TOTAL A-HOLE, THIS PLACE COULD CARELESS ABOUT YOU CUSTOMER SERVICE

We were ignored and all sales people were not interested in selling us a motorcyle. We found one in Marietta, Ga.
This was our second visit and were treated the same on each visit.

Fine shop. The staff was helpful, specificaly Mike in service and Bill my salesman. I read some bad reviews about this place and was worried about going there, but all my fears were unfounded. I got a good deal on a 636. I spoke up and got the deal I wanted. Killer parts department!
