I've been a customer of Metro Lawns for about 5 years and I remain very happy with their service. After all this time, they have yet to let me down in any way! They continue to be efficient, consistent, and professional. And, while I haven't felt the need to investigate other services, I'm still quite confident that Metro Lawns offer some of the most competitive rates out there. Another great thing about these folks is that they send out the invoices via email and allow you to pay online. Extremely convenient. As a long time customer, I highly recommend Metro Lawns.

Chuck and his staff were prompt and efficient. They went the extra mile to prune all the shrubs at no extra charge. They will do whatever it takes to make sure their customers are satisfied. You can't go wrong with Metro Lawns, Inc.

Poor responsiveness: had to e-mail manager 2-3 times for response
Minimal time spent at property: observed two services and crew spent no more than 10-15min per session
Poor quality: Debris almost always remained after service, did not attend to hedges in 5-6 months
May seem like good value but when you consider how little time is actually spent at the property (~30min per month in our case), not so good

I have used Metro Lawns several times for lawn clean-ups and hedge cutting. Chuck, Woody and the rest of the crew are a pleasure to work with. Chuck responds quickly to contacts and rates are reasonable. It is evident his crew is very knowledgeable about lawn issues by the responses to my questions. The crew has excellent communication skills. When in doubt of exactly what I have wanted done, they have taken the initiative to ask before performing work. They have always been professional and efficient. My lawn looks spectacular after each visit. It is evident that Chuck and his crew take pride in the high quality of their work and have strong work ethics. I will continue to use metro Lawns and highly recommend them.

Chuck and the Metro Lawns team are great. Initial contact and quoting was quick and very reasonable. Bi-weekly service is always thorough and lawn looks great!
