Chuck called me back and set up an initial cleanup. He gave me the option to have them clean up more or not, depending on how my yard looked afterward and the price. I also set up maintenance mowing. Communication has been excellent. Chuck emails me when he is coming and paying maintenance fees monthly online makes it so easy.

Chuck and his staff were exactly what i was looking for. Timely response, great service and customer follow up. My spring yard clean up made me feel like i am ready for summer and eager to start my outdoor projects. I look forward to working with Metro Lawns again!

Metro Lawns delivers quality yard service as well as customer service. They were able to schedule our cleanup the same day we spoke around the holidays. They didn't short change on service, the yard is great and we look forward to a continued relationship. Definitely recommend them.

I spoke with Mr. Butler and informed him he was out of our service area then spoke with him in greater detail. Apparently he was suitably impressed with our customer service. We seek to impress all who call.
After 4 false start and frustration, Chuck made good on his promise to make it right. He came out on Saturday to complete all the things his crews misunderstood and missed. He's very insistent that his customers are satisfied, and now I am. Thank you Chuck.

I've had Chuck and his team mowing my lawn for a year and a half and they've always done a great job and been easy to deal with. One time Chuck even called me out of the blue to say that he was sending a crew back out because he had driven by my property and didn't like the quality of the job they'd done. He clearly cares about the quality of work every time.

I needed someone to cleanup the lawn so that I could get my rent deposit. The yard required a mow and the house a gutter cleaning and vine pull. Chuck promised me a low rate and by the time his team was done, they did more for less! Great job and cheap price. The customer service is top rate. Thanks, guys!

We just moved to Atlanta last summer, and our house had not been occupied for several months, so our front and back yards were pretty wild and scraggly, even when we moved in. It had minimal work during the late summer and "off-season," so by the time I called Chuck for an estimate a couple of months ago, it was looking pretty unruly. Chuck came out with one of his crew to give me a free estimate, himself: he was very friendly, helpful, and informative; and he patiently answered my questions. After only three visits, I would never have guessed our yards could EVER look this good! The guys work very quickly and efficiently; and the communication by email is good, too!

Metro Lawns Inc is the best lawn service I have ever used. I have homes in both Georgia and South Carolina and I can emphatically say they are the best service I have delt with. I wish they had a location on the South Carolina side of the border. The quality of their service delivery is excellent and their business practices are also top notch and professional. I feel really confident that they are taking care of my property when I can't be there. I relly appreciate The extra perk of sending before and after pictures when I cant be in GA. Their knowledge of plants, grasses and shurbs is also reassuring. Metro performed a major job for me without my being physically present and they did it with efficiency, extrembly well and at a very reasonable price. I wholeheartly and with enthusiasm recommend their service.

The stress of maintaining my yard with a busy work and travel schedule become too much. A friend recommended Metro Lawns to provide the much needed bi-weekly mowe and trim service. Chuck was very responsive - his team came out the very next day to take care of both my front and back yards. I came home to find my yard looking as prestine as all my neighbors. I'm pleased with the results, the price and the customer service - and couldn't be happier about getting the hours I used to put into maintaining it myself, back! I'm now a regular customer of Metro Lawns. Thanks!

We hired Metro Lawns to do our yard work and general lawn maintenance last year based on their wonderful Kudzu reviews, but soon became very dissatisfied with their work. Apparently you get what you pay for - their rates were lower than other estimates we'd received, but then again so was the quality. I happened to be working from home one morning and saw first hand the "work" we were paying for. Two guys showed up to cut the grass - one worked on trimming the edges but the other drove around in the lawnmower as if doing wheelies in our front yard - absolutely no direction and missing chunks of grass in the process. On top of this, we received an email from Chuck about a month ago asking us to re-send the check for the prior month's services because "someone had accidentally thrown it away." When we informed Chuck we couldn't do that (we have automatic withdrawal from our bank), he was not the least helpful, never once apologized for something that was clearly his own irresponsible mistake and only hassled us to get us to fix his problem for him - overall horrible customer service. We will not be using Metro Lawns again.

All reviews are instructive whether it be the nearly 60 very positive reviews on Kudzu or the nearly 80 additional very positive reviews from Servicemagic, some of which are listed on our website, or from this lone client. All of our crews hustle and work efficiently in order to keep the cost low for our hundreds of clients and since our guarantee is "If you are not satisfied with a particular maintenance visit, you do not pay for that visit", this client was not charged for the visit in question though had we been given the opportunity, we would have returned to make it right at no additional cost to the customer. Concerning the matter of his check that the office staff inadvertently discarded, he was politely notified twice via email to resend another check and deduct from the invoice the stop payment bank charge. He adamantly refused. The reason we are tops with Kudzu, Servicemagic and Cityvoter is simple: our experienced personnel desire to insure the customer is always satisfied. We are happy with nothing less.
