Sadly we did not have a good experience with Metro Mechanical Inc (who were purchased by Coolray right after our install). :- condensate (drip) pipe from new furnace was lower than old but instead of drilling through wall they installed a pump which they left powered by MY extension cord. :- They used the old condensate pipe, which was full of crap, and so blocked up, blowing back a lot of water from the pump. :- thermostat wire run touching furnace flue pipe (so it will melt next winter). :- Thermostat wire so tight and badly terminated that the breaker blew after about 3 hours (although this may have been the water blow-back). :- They promised us a wifi thermostat but we got a bottom of the line one instead - was told that the wifi thermostats didn't work with this Furnace. :- Complained that bad wiring and or blocked pipe caused breaker to trip and I had to unblock pipe and re-terminate wire. They told me "Oh that's good you fixed it we'll have to use you as a consultant". Would not recommend to anyone or have them in our house again. Anyone want a Diversitech CP-22 condensate pump?

Our technician, Chris Rosenberry was so wonderful. He was patient, and explained everything to me. We had some airflow issues upstairs and one room was particularly bad. He installed dampers throughout and new ductwork for the room that was bad. I noticed improved airflow the same day! I really appreciate that he took the time to educate me on what he did. I have never experienced such great service from an HVAC company. Highly recommend Chris and Metro Mechanical.

I am always very impressed by the very detailed work my service technician provides and the very detailed service reports he writes. A true professional! I always feel my HVAC had been well serviced after he has been here.

I have had visits from Kevin, Ashley, and Chris, and all three were competent, honest, and fast. The technicians were also friendly and professional. The office staff is quick to return phone calls and is very helpful with scheduling as well. I highly recommend this company.

Ashley came out to service our air unit and he was honest, patient, and kind! I was pleasantly surprised as customer service is not the norm anymore. Christina, in customer care, was also incredible for customer service! They both worked hard to make sure their customers were well taken care of and happy!

Metro Mechanical's technician, Chris Roseberry, came to our home today for the semi-annual service of our HVAC units. He was on time for the appointment, knowledgeable about the units, focused on the job at hand and helpful in re-setting our thermostats for us. He was personable and respectful. We recommend this company.

I had Raymond Harding from Metro Mechanical come to the house today for a service call, and I want to thank you for being one of the best tech. I have ever had come to the house. Last Saturday my heater conked out on me. It had a horrible smell coming from it and it was as loud as a freight train.I called several heating and air companies and they were either closed,busy or couldn't schedule me until Monday. I called Metro Mechanical,Inc. And they were able to fit me into their schedule.My technician, Raymond Harding came to my house, saw what the proble!m was and immediately fixed it. Thank you Raymond....you did an awesome job!! If Raymond from Metro Mechanical had not come and fixed my heater my family would have still been misplaced until today. Thank you Metro Mechanical. I highly recommend this company.

we purchased a hvac unit from Metro Mechanical about 8 months ago. There was a storm in the area a few nights ago which knocked out the power. the hvac unit never came back on. we called MM and the service tech, Raymond Harding was super awesome and very knowledgeable. He gave the system a throw inspection and found that the problem was not the unit but instead our thermostat. after installing the new thermostat the heat was up and running.

Raymond Harding came to out house to do a sem annual checkup on our heat pump. I mentioned to him about the indoor humidity being only 29% and said that he could install a humidifier in our existing system. We agreed to do this and I want to give Raymond Harding a five star rating for his work.
