Wow! I was surprised at some of the reviews I've seen here I've maintained a recording studio in ATL for 12 years and have suffered thru several HVAC companies finding Metro Mechanical has been clear relief to my cooling ills for about two years now I have nine systems and something is failing in one of them any season of the year - each call has been answered promptly, they show up when they say, estimates have been on the money at the end of the installs and the technicians have been both courteous and knowledgeable. i've been given cost options for solving problems and feel this company respects customer satisfaction more than profit margin on equipment --- A+ service in my book...

bought a system after 14 months system failed due to manufacturer defect labor warranty up after 12 months now stuck with a crappy system that will cost more to repair than to replace. Got 2nd opinion system was undersized for area, return was to small, they didnt do there 6 month preventive inspection overall very dis-satisfied with the company. tech that came even said what ever company installed this, was done improperly

Sampson did a very good job. He was courteous and professional. He checked the heater and changed the filter. I was pleased with the service. Thank you, Sampson.

I finally spoke to Mr. Ritchie at Metro Mechanics on Friday TODAY (8/4/11) I WOULD LIKE TO THANK METRO MECHANICAL. They sent Jason out to look at/evaluate my system. COLD AIR!!! This was a very very hot week NEVER has my house been cooler then outside I will say after conversing w/ Keith at Metro they did rectify the problems and I am NOW a very satisfied customer. THANK YOU AGAIN!...
