Worst Possible Experience
The company was incredibly late and uncommunicative once they got their deposit. They took 2 hours more than they quoted, due in part to one mover's dropping blood sugar, and constantly complained about having to move from a third flood with stairs, even though I discussed this specifically when I booked the appointment. Once they managed to get to the new house, they dumped everything in one room, even though we were paying for a "Full service" move that included placing items back in the correct room, and took off. They also left almost half of our belongings back in the apartment, and since we had to be at work and had my sister in law supervise, we didn't know this until we got off of work and walked into the apartment to find it still packed with stuff. We had to spend 6 more hours moving stuff by ourselves after a 9 hour day at work. Once we got everything in the new house, we saw they had damaged several items, including our brand new flat panel TV, which now has a foot long dent in the back where it either fell over in the moving van, or was hit by unsecured items. Trying to get reimbursed for the damage has been a nightmare--been yelled at, ignored dozens of times, lied to constantly, and stood up. And there is still no resolution. I had to file a complaint with the Georgia Public Services Commission, and they still haven't responded. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Their "services" will cost you more than you save!
