We had our 2 cars xmssns rebuilt, fantastic! Then we had complex automotive work done, fantastic. Then we had an intermittent problem with one car, difficult to diagnose. after several days they found it and replaced a defective egr valve. WHA-LA! What a difference. Metro does it again with TLC, all for the best price in town. Thanks guys-- Merry Xmas!

I had a very positive experience with the Metro team a few weeks ago. I brought my car in for a transmission code, and they took great care in diagnosing it. They were very clear that they "did not want to just throw parts at it," and were incredibly decent about crediting me where they could when the first level diagnostics did not expose the issue, requiring a 2nd-tier diagnostic series of testing. They were very tenacious in finding the root cause, and even took measures to correct the grounding issue by rewiring the computer to the transmission, rather than replacing the entire wire harness. Every dollar counts, and I appreciated that they treated my money as if it was their own - very rare with today's businesses. They treat everyone like close family, and do the right thing and fix it right the first time, as their motto states. I have already recommended them to several people I know. One good turn deserves another!

Every once in a while we come across an intermittent concern like you had and appreciate the challenge as well as your patience and understanding in getting to the source of the problem. Metro Transmission not only did a great job on my Nissan Quest's transmission, they also repaired its front left axle. Then, they repaired my Murano's engine mounts after replacing its CVT fluid at half the price of the dealer. I love these guys. They do a lot of general maintenance, if only they could do it all. But, then, I guess, they wouldn't excel as they do with transmissions and drive trains.

Between Brenda and Mike Johnson and the whole staff this is the only place on earth I would ever take my car too. True, they are a transmission shop by name, but they really are also are full service mechanics shop, and imo simply the best! I was referred to Metro Transmissions by a friend,after I was feeling very skeptical following a visit to a dealership. Metro Transmissions had a completely different diagnosis for my car and the cost to fix it, was half of what I was going to pay at the dealership, for a repair that didn't even need to be done. Metro Transmissions knows what they are doing, they are honest, and reliable, because my car is running GREAT! I will continue taking my car to them for any service. I feel 100% confident that they are honest in their service and fair in cost, and I will not have to have that skeptical feeling that I always got at the dealership.

We took our "noisy" 2004 Dodge in for what we thought was a transmission slip. Transmission turned out to be fine. Eric & Mike went OUT OF THERE WAY to find out the "noise" problem. They kept our car for several days and pinpointed exactly what was causing the "noise": belt tensioner and bad mounts. Four other businesses had checked our car for that same "noise", and had no clue. We have had 2 rebuilt transmissions (2 different cars) in the past with Metro and their customer service has always been tops! Thank you Metro for being there, and for caring. Kudos to the rest of the technicians, as well as Brenda and Michelle! The Reyes Family :)

The clutch on my 2003 Pontiac Vibe GT was slipping badly, so I checked Kudzu for a good place to get it fixed. Metro Transmission Inc. had the best reviews, so I called for a price quote. They beat the dealership price estimate by $150, so with the good Kudzu reviews I decided to give them a try. The new clutch works great, and they got the job done on schedule, 1 day turnaround. I'm very satisfied! My gas mileage has improved even more than I expected...

We have been going to Metro since the early 90's. We keep coming back because of the great customer service and of course the execellent work they do on our vehicles.

Ever since the first time i went to metro when they quoted me more than it actually cost. for a transmission fluid change i have been amazed by these folks. i have also called multiple times with questions about my tundra when my battery went dead and i got a new one but it still stauled and when i had my cargo light on (daaaahhh) all that eric easily diagnosed over the phone and always asks how your doin and makes you feel like family. god bless you guys and i love yah. your great americans!!!! When my transmisson when out a year ago, my husband insisted I take my car to Metro because they're the best. He was right. Their service is awesome and came with a 2 year warranty. I don't know why or how (and I don't care) but the first gear drivetrain went bad and when I called to tell them they said to bring it in and that they would take care of it and make it right. That's exactly what they did. I expected the usual "warranty denial" and for them to tell me I did something wrong or some parts wouldn't be covered. But that wasn't the case, they took care of everything, my car is running great and I didn't have to pay a dime! Kudos to them and thank you so much!!

I have been doing business with Metro Transmission for over 20 Years. They have taken great care of my public agency fleets and Fire departments. I take My ambulances to no other . After all this time I personally needed them. I dropped off the keys and said " Do It" and once again an outstanding job was completed.
