Worst experience of my life
I told them how many rooms, described furniture, and provided my current and new address (1.8 miles away). Made an appt for 4pm on fri, called me and said they'll be there between 4-6, then called me 6 times trying to find the place. Ever use a computer, phone, map??? Had to drive and meet them so they could follow me. Got there at 7:08, they had two guys, and gave me a 4hr estimate on getting my stuff "on to the truck" which is a far cry from the 2-3hr total estimate when I booked them. I called to complain and they offered me a three man crew on Sunday for 80/hr, it was 59/hr for two men. After leaving me high and dry I started moving myself at 8pm. I don't know how these guys started a moving business, cause they couldn't find me, didn't have the resources to move me, were 3hrs late, and tried to charge me more to complete the job. NEVER USE MEXICANMOVERS !!!!!!!!
