I have been going to Mezz Spa for the past 2 years and I have found it to be the only Spa in Alpharetta that provides every spa service I need. The facility is small enough where it feels like my personal private spa. The Mezz Spa location is incredible, and very private too. The therapists are all well trained, and friendly. I highly recommend booking a treatment here, you won't be disappointed.

I came in about a month before my wedding to start getting facials, but I also got some waxing done here. I always had appointments with Melissa, who is SUPER sweet. She was always really accommodating with my schedule, and even in our initial consultation, she was honest about what she thought was best for my skin, without breaking the bank. She never pushed services, and in fact, there were times where she told me I didn't need certain extra add-ons. I had at least three facials with add-ons like microdermabrasion and the peel facial. The atmosphere is SO relaxing, and Melissa is very gentle with your skin. I was always amazed at how soft and radiant my skin was after each treatment, and months later, people still comment on how my skin has improved. They also did a TON of waxing - I am on a never-ending battle against body hair. During one appointment, I asked her to add on a bunch of different areas, to the point where I ran right up to her next appointment. She called me a few hours later to apologize for "rushing" - because she normally is extremely thorough and will make sure she gets everything. She offered for me to come back in, but I didn't feel it was necessary. Great customer service, great space, great treatments. Spas are a dime a dozen in Atlanta, but Mezz Spa stands out.

I'm so thankful my friend recommended me here. Simply THE BEST! I felt welcomed from the time I arrived, to the time I left. The owners, young gorgeous couple, are great people. I feel the difference in my body, and I will definitely be a regular customer =) Thank you Mezz Spa!

Amazing place. I am testing anti-aging techniques from around the world as part of my job (coaching celeb and 1,000,000 members online on and I was highly impressed by the anti-aging treatment Alyssa gave me. After 2 hours my skin was replumped though I was jetlagged when I came in with a very dry skin and small wrinkles. I also got I like to change spas but this one I will come back for my anti aging treatment! Very friendly owners. Atmosphere: chic, luxurious yet still warm and welcoming. Products: high-end, PCA Skin brand.

After a brilliant recommendation from a friend, I have now found my new favourite day spa to hand myself over to! Situated in the heart of upscale Alpharetta, Mezz Spa is truly a beauty. I was booked in with Tiffany for a facial and can honestly say, it was THE best facial experience I have ever had! Throughout the entire process, Tiffany was gentle, and most importantly, professional. The spa is spotless and inviting and smells amazing throughout - I simply cannot talk highly enough about Mezz Spa staff and the atmosphere they create. The owners are this beautiful couple, and are amazing. Their friendly, fresh attitudes are completely and utterly contagious and have absolutely ensured my loyalty as a repeat client. I left for the day with a little chocolate hersheys kiss in my purse, and a smile on my face.

Let's make this clear that I normally don't write reviews but after my first appointment with the Mezz Spa, it completely forced me to write my very first review! I'm absolutely thrilled that I've finally found a spa that is healing to my soul. It is an all around superb day spa. If five is max, I'm voting for 10. I'm giving it a 10 due to the highest quality SERVICE, attentiveness, and attention to details. The spa is a hidden gem in Historic part of Alpharetta. When you first enter the spa, you immediately notice the modern chic decor, the cleanliness, and the calm, soothing ambiance. It was such a delight finally to meet Melissa who graciously spent more than 40 mins on the phone about a week prior just inquiring about my problem skin condition and educating me on products. She took the time to listen and explain with patience and care. So when I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted by Zoe who was so sweet and kind. He made me feel at home here. There was no air of pretentiousness or arrogance whatsoever considering the location in Alpharetta.

I haven't been to this spa yet, but was impressed with customer service I just received. I called for the second time this week to schedule a package my daughter purchased for me - which expired earlier this week. They were gracious and understanding of my busy traveling schedule and accommodated me for June. Great experience so far, hope the treatments will be just as great.

I went very recently to this spa ...had a pathetic experience..they use vegetable oil mixed with some essence on your face ..body scrub is a JOKE...the technician uses the same oil with sugar and does not rub it in the skin and then wipes it...The lady at the reception ( her name melissa or merisa) has a sordid expression always ..she needs to learn the basics of customer serivce and she is utterly rude. I would NEVER EVER GO HERE AGAIN...THEY FOOL PEOPLE ..THEY USE CHEAP AND HORRIBLE PRODUCTS. HORRIBLE ! HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

This spa is simply EXTRAORDINARY! I came initially because I purchased a Groupon for the 2.5 hours package. Melissa did my facial and it was the BEST facial I've received. This goes a long way, as I've gone to several "high end" dermatologists in Atlanta and they don't even compare! Melissa is meticulous and thorough. I left feeling great. Not only that, but even my friends/coworkers commented on my glow in the days following. After this success, I had my massage treatment with Stacy. What can I say, but this woman is truly caring, kind, and all around comforting/wonderful. She was very attentive to my pain threshold. Great massage therapist, and she knew exactly where all the knots are in my back and shoulders. Being someone who has struggled with my skin for 15 years, I feel like I have found a new home for my treatments. I highly recommend anyone who is interested in any procedure/treatment to give Mezz Spa a try. Above all, the staff is amazing! They gave me a warm welcome, and there is a feeling of comfort that comes from they're exemplary customer service skills. Everyone was very nice from the receptionist to the therapists, and they kept making sure I was okay, offering water and tea constantly. The spa is very much an upscale boutique spa, smells great and looks very clean. Sorry for the long review, but I've been meaning to write this for a while, so I've got a lot to say!

I visited Mezz Spa for the second time this weekend, and although it took me a while to get an appointment with them the first time, since I did receive good services, I bought their featured special package again. Once I arrived, I was greeted by a nice receptionist, the spa smelled fresh and felt very serene - I have been to their previous location, but this one feels more intimate. They asked me to fill out some forms and offered me tea, water or champagne. Since it was my birthday weekend, I took them up on the champagne offering. Now to the services: my massage was heavenly every minute of it was amazing. I enjoyed, very much, the hot towels part of the massage, and I think it added a great touch to the perfect service. The facial was so good that it put me to sleep, my face felt so soft afterward, and the cooling mask felt really great as well. When I apologized to the therapist because I fell asleep during the facial, she smiled and said that was a great compliment. They offered me another special at the checkout, which I couldn't refuse and now I can't wait to go back. I give them 5 stars, and even though they were good before, they've made huge improvements all around.

This was the best facial and the best massage I've ever had in my life. My face looked 20 yrs younger and I was completely relaxed, soothed and pain-free after the massage. The spa smelled great, with two burning fireplaces, the candles lit throughout, they serve champagne and chocolates and tea as well. Wish I could go daily!

My visit to Mezz Spa did begin with a wonderful massage by Yolanda. But, waiting for the person doing the facial (disorganized) was the beginning of a strange and verbally abusive experience. I believe her name was Alessa (something with an A). She was going through the motions of giving this facial. It felt like I'd received a 20 minute facial...being that she rushed through the entire thing. She began telling me my pores were so big and that she had never seen anything like it. Then asked my age and when I told her...she said I looked older than my age (nice huhh?). After telling her I'm from FLorida says...oh, that explains why I look older, the year round sun. Okay, ignorant, yes. Then asked if I get enough sleep because she said I had bags and lines according to her...to much for my age. Go to a spa for a relaxing experience to end up stressed out and put down. This was a Mother's Day gift from my mother. Thankfully, the massage kind of made up for the mean remarks made by the facialist. Would never recommend this spa, consistancy is key to a successful business of any kind as well as excellent staff and customer service. The client should be most important and made to have the best experience. When I lived in Miami, I was getting facials every month from a wonderful astetician (Aveda) for years. She was caring, took her time, just wonderful. I will continue to look for someone good.

I love this boutique spa in Alpharetta. I received the best body scrub of my life today. The best body scrub, until today, was given to me in Bellagio Las Vegas, but Mezz Spa was outstanding, hands down. Can't wait to go back to Mezz Spa, it was oh so relaxing.

My experience with Mezz Spa was perhaps the most disappointing of all spas services that I have had in my life and I rend to be a spa junkie. I bought a spa package on Groupon and really feel that the owner/staff was resentful that I was using a Groupon. First, the service was incredibly rude, unprofessional and disorganized. This is not a spa like atmosphere at all. There are no dressing rooms, only a bathroom/supply closet and your are given a duffle bag to carry you belongings around. I had to wait nearly 20 minutes past my appointment time thus received a partial massage although I had arrived early. Next, on to the facial. When I made the appointment, I requested a regular facial. The woman performing the service insisted that I requested a dermabrasion and then proceeded to argue with me and told me that was what she was going to do anyway. She really did nothing more than spray water on my face and use a hand machine that did nothing but to move the water around which was running down my chest. I was also supposed to receive a paraffin wax dip that day, bit was told that was not included even though it was on the Groupon. At that point, I was so ready to leave there, I hardly had the energy to care. This was the only time in my life that I left a spa feeling more stressed than when I walked in the door.

Oh where do I begin....I went to Mezz with my friend and we did their 3.5 hrs of pampering, and it was heavenly to say the least. The staff is very knowledgeable and everyone was nice. They made us feel extra special and we'll definitely be back. Thank you Mezz.
