The Best
Michael provides comprehensive assistance when buying a home. He was consistent with his communication to me and other parties involved. Several friends have bought or sold homes in the last year and had issues with their Realtor, but I never had issues with Michael. I will recommend Michael to any of my friends in the market to buy or sell a home.

Full Service and More!
We just had the pleasure of working with Michael Smith on the sale of our house and purchase of our new home. While he offers low commission, he provides complete full expert service and more. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience in real estate, and is very dependable and responsive. We would definitely recommend him!

Great Home Buying Experience
I have to say that prior to working with Michael, I believed Realtors as "unneccessary evils".
Michael has changed my mind. His business model and approach to the buyers agent has proven to be a great asset to our recent experience.
He was always available and extremely patient with my wife and my constent questions and needs.
He give honest advice and always made us feel that he had out best interests in mind.
Then after all that, we get 1% of our purchase price back after closing. WHAT A DEAL!!!!

Top notch service at reasonable rate.
Michael and I have done mutiple sales together. Every other realtor I have ever used is in a hurry to get the listing and then it is tough to get a hold of them and when i do they act like I am bothering them. Michael is always there and way ahead of most of the realtors we close with.I did not even get to his rates yet, he also gives me back a check at each closing and his rates for sales are the lowest I have ever seen. The other realtors in Atlanta should take a lesson from Michael and see how a realtor should do their job and not charge their enormous commision rates.
