This store is a mess, and I should have paid heed to that glaring indication that their operation would be likewise. Amanda is wonderful in the framing dept. Aside from that, my experience here was awful. The receptionist here is their main problem. She is NOT a good ambassador for this store, and has a really bad attitude problem. Won't shop there again.

I took an existing framed poster to Michael's to have a new mat and poster put into the frame. I returned two weeks later to pick-up the newly framed poster. They handed me my new poster and a mat, but not the original frame I had taken in (a $300+ custom frame from a professional frame store). It turned out that they threw away my original frame. After a heated discussion with a rude and inept assistant manager, they agreed to replace the frame and do the order for free. However, when my credit card statement arrived, I had been billed for the order. After two weeks and a lenghty discussion with the store manager, I had my framed poster and my refund. It was not worth the frustration dealing with these amateurs.
