We had a leak in a 30 year old sewer line behind the house that ran down the hill for 70 feet or so. It turned out the land had settled and dropped over the years. The line was sort of corkscrewed and damaged throughout the run. We called Michael's Plumbing because of recommendations from friends and neighbors. And, they came - promptly. They gave what seemed to be a fair estimate. To be sure, talked with others and it was a fair price. Decided to go with Michael's. From the beginning, Michael (himself) told us exactly what was involved, what equipment he would use, how many people he would use, what materials were needed, how he would get it all down the hill between the trees, when he would start, how long it would take, and - of course - how long we would not be able to use the sewer line from when he started; to when he would finish. Well, he showed up precisely on time. As he worked, he figured out a way to save time and complete the job more quickly. And, he then told us and reduced the price for the job. He completed the job - completing every item in the scope. So, the job was finished early - under budget - and guaranteed. I can only say Michael's Plumbing is without doubt the best service I've ever used or even heard of anywhere. I really believe they might be the best in the state - certainly the best in the Atlanta area.

Had Michael's Plumbing come out to replace my water heater. They arrived on time, completed the job in a timely fashion, cleaned up and charged exactly what I was quoted. They even offer payment plans for heavy duty jobs! (My technician did a walk through to give me a heads up on old plumbing that was a major concern) Will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family!!

This was one of the worst experiences we have ever had with an installer. First, the attitude and professionalism of the installer was horrible. It was clear that something was wrong. They did arrive on time. Here are the things that they did: When they took the old vanity out they tore wallpaper. They installed the new vanity knowing that the faucet handles did not line up correctly with the faucets on both sides!. They installed the new vanity knowing there were 4 inch holes scored and showing, (vanity has to be replaced since the score holes were showing). They installed a faucet that did not work properly with a dribble of water and left it for us to discover later. They will not come back to correct, even at the request of Lowe's. Lowe's is ordering a new vanity and hiring a new installer. The end result, crappy work with a horrible attitude and no warranty to back it up. Lowe's should fire this company!

A year ago I gutted my master bath and had Michael's come out to do all of the rough in work for new fixtures (shower, tub, toilet, 2 sinks). After all framing was complete and new tile installed, the contractor put in the finish work (shower heads, toilets, bathtub, etc.). As soon as pressure was applied, major leaks appeared where Michael's plumbers had sweated valves. We went round and round with Michael's (when we could get them to answer our calls) but they would not accept responsibility and refused to come out to correct the issue. I brought in another plumber to correct the issue and thought I had moved on. However, for the past year we've had a very minor leak appearing in our utility room (directly under the master bathroom). I am getting ready to completely renovate the kitchen and was putting off investigating the utility room issue until the kitchen work was begun. However, I had an issue with my guest bathroom toilet (unrelated), so I brought in a plumber to resolve it, and since he was on site, I asked him to look into the leak in the utility room. The plumbers that Michael had sent over to do the rough in work on the master bathroom toilet had failed to secure the master bathroom toilet flange to the floor, which is why we've had the leak over the past year. Absolutely awful service. If I weren't so busy, I would seek legal recourse.

My son and daughter-in-law used Michaels Plumbing for several of their rental properties and were always pleased with their work. When my disposal went our yesterday they told me to call them. Normally my son would take care of these things for me but since they were going to be out of town I decided to take a chance. The plumber they sent out was so nice and polite and very honest. He pushed the reset button on the bottom of the disposer and within a minute it was back on and working. He could have told me that my disposal was bad and taken me for a couple hundred dollars - but he didn't. When I asked him why, he just stated that he has a grandma and he was only treating me like he would want his grandma treated. What a sweet boy! Good job Michaels for hiring such a great technician and great job to this boys parents! They don't make em like this so often nowadays.

Purchased a dishwasher at Lowes and was contacted by Michael's Plumbing Service to do the installation. Was given the standard 3 hour appointment window but no one ever showed up. Tried calling to find out if anyone was coming but no answer. Left message but no response. If I had a choice I would not use them.

Michael's was contracted by Lowe's to install our new microwave, gas range cook top and oven. Robert and his teammate were prompt, courteous and very personable. They worked efficiently and cleaned up any mess. Robert took the time to explain the new appliances and made some recommendations. If I ever need a plumber, I know where I am calling! Great job!!!

I had a main water line at my Daycare Center break. After making a few calls and explaining I had to turn the water off Micheal's was the only company I could get out here fast. The receptionist was not only friendly but also called me back and let me know when the repair men were on the way. They gave us a quote, fixed our problem without going over the quote and gave me a guarantee for the work! The guys were friendly and quick. I would use them again for sure!

Had Michael's Plumbing Service install our new toilets. Not only were they fast, friendly and professional, but when I mentioned that we have had to replace several plumbing fixtures over the past few months the technician decided to check our pressure (something none of the other plumbers thought to do). He let us know that our pressure was way too high and was probably causing all the problems. They changed out our pressure valve and we have not had any problems since then. Thank you Michael's Plumbing Service for a great job! We will definitely call you any time we need plumbing service.

I have used Michaels Plumbing for a number of years. Their technicians are always polite and knowledgeable. Just last week I had a young man out here to change my hot water heater out. He was so nice and cleaned up everything after he was finished. The price was exactly as I was quoted the previous day and he had me up and running in no time. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to all my family and friends.
