They gave me the wrong prescription and refused to reimburse me for the glasses I wasted my money on because of it. Even worse, their incorrect prescription somehow changed between the time I originally raised questions (which they blew off) and when I had a second exam from another Dr. to confirm that the Ansley prescription was wrong. Absolutely awful.

Very disappointed and stunned by the unprofessional treatment from Dr. Gupta. My insurance would not cover a costly prescription written by Dr. Gupta and wanted me to use something cheaper first. I called the Ansley office and they tell me to go back to the pharmacy and give the coupon to pharmacists because they should know what to do. Implying that this is the pharmacists fault. I try again and it was the same situation. I call Ansley again and finally get some other drops that my insurance will cover and two weeks later go back for a follow up exam. Before the exam started, Dr. Gupta tells me that there was a mix up with the wording on the coupon they gave me? Then she complains about my insurance dictating what she prescribes. I explain that I understand her frustration and it frustrates me too, but I can't afford a $144 tube of eye ointment and wanted to try other options first. She goes on to say that she had to pay $52 for cough medicine when she had bronchitis and that insurance doesn't always cover everything. She then tells me that she is frustrated with ME for not contacting my insurance company because she had to call my pharmacy on her day off when I went back the second time to try to get my prescription filled. She actually tells me that she was so irritated that she prescribed me a very old version of eye drops because she knew my insurance would probably cover that. She opens the door and tells me to go somewhere else. I was stunned by her behavior.

I would absolutely NOT recommend Ansley Eye Care. The test of a business is in the quality of customer service when things don't go well. I went in to have two pair of glasses adjusted, one pair of Revo sunglasses and a pair of prescription reading glasses I had purchased at Ansley Eye Care. While adjusting the frame of my Revo sunglasses, the technician cracked one of the glass lenses. No caution had been given that this could occur. He told me he would speak to the owner Rob about replacing the glass lens with plastic Polaroid lens. One week later, no action had been taken. At that time, I asked if the lens could be replaced with the glass lens. Again, I was told that he would speak with the owner. I was given a second date when I could receive my sunglasses back, but they were not ready when I arrived. When I did receive the repaired sunglasses, the technician Mike told me that the plastic lens did not have the same reflective features as my original glass lens and that he would recommend to the owner that the store provide me with replacement sunglasses. When I heard back from the owner, he dismissed responsibility saying that I should have anticipated that the glasses could be broken during adjustment. He said that there was nothing more he could do and that I should be satisfied with the plastic replacement lens. His attitude was far from a positive customer service focus. I however can write this review!

I could not have wished for a better experience. They provide excellent service, use current technology, and take the time to provide a thorough exam and share the results in detail. They were very helpful in picking out frames, and they made sure I was pleased with my choice. They're friendly and completely adept--I highly recommend them.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful; they really made sure I loved the frames I bought. Unlike other eye exams I have had in the past, Dr. Gupta made sure to explain the eye exam, and took the time to answer all of my concerns. Overall, I had an amazing experience and highly recommend Ansley!!

It was a great experience picking out frames at Midtown Ansley Eye Care. The best selection of frames I've seen anywhere with a wide range of price to fit everyone's budget. Great customer service. Will for sure be returning.
Dr. Gupta is very knowledgable and experienced about eye care. Although mine was a routine check, she gave me very good advice on eye care and especially about the use of glasses during times of discomfort when using the computer. The clinic was very immaculate and inviting. The staff was very knowledgable about insurance paper work. I would highly reccomend Dr. Gupta's clinic to all my friends.
Ansley Eye Care is the best place around!!!! From the minute I walked in the door, the customer service was excellent, the decor is modern and elegant, and they have the latest technology. I never could have imagined that I would get an eye exam using a iMAC screen. The frame selection was unbelievable and different from the same old stuff that you can get anywhere else. I'm a patient for life!!!
