When it comes to the performance of your vehicle, you want quality service from trusted experts. We are a Goodyear Tire & Service Network location. We carry Goodyear products and offer a wide range of automotive and tire services. From new tires to an oil change, to battery replacement, our skilled technicians will help repair and maintain your vehicle.
Management has changed and now they will rip you off. New rotors lasted barely a year. Charged $1500 for new water pump and rack and pinion steering and had to bring it in a week later for a new radiator ($800). They didn't care this is an old car with 100,000 miles and not worth $2300 in repairs. They said radiator was fine when they fixed the water pump, but why did it go bad a week later? I would not have had the rack and pinion replaced if I had known it also needed a new radiator.

Where do I begin...DO NOT take your car here for service!!!! My 87 year old father took his old car (not even worth $1000) there because the battery was draining. He just asked them to fix the problem and get it running again. The next thing we know, they say they replaced the brakes, the engine mounts, and various other things that were not asked for or authorized. The service manager, Jeremy, totally took advantage of him and then lied about it. I spoke to the manager "Derrick" who at first was very nice and apologized for the miscommunication. He offered to take the unauthorized brakes back off and only do what we asked for and the charge would be $400. I clarified with him that all we wanted was for the car to be in working order for my parents to drive to the nearby grocery, etc. and he confirmed. The next day, he said the car was ready and would now be free of charge out of "goodwill". The day after my parents got their car back, it would not start at all. My father called Jeremy and Jeremy told them over the phone (without even looking at the car again) that they would fix it but it would now cost $900 and he had to pay in advance. This was after they gave it back saying it was fixed! This place is such a rip off!!!

The service here is great. This is one of the few businesses that I drive out of my way to see. The guys are straight forward with sharing what they find when servicing my vehicle. I don't feel as if they're trying to squeeze every dollar from me.

We have been bringing our 3 cars here for service and new tires for many years and they always provide excellent service and charge reasonable price. Tom the manager is knowledgeable, honest and has good people skills. We recommend this business any time...

I needed brakes fixed rather quickly. When I called, they said bring it in. I dropped it off, had breakfast at Einstein's, and read for a while. Two hours later, it was done. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't, e.g., the rear brakes and charged me a fair price. I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Too often we only take the time to write in to complain about experiences without pointing out the good. I have always been pleased with this goodyear and will continue to take my cars there for all services.

It is wonderful to have these people in the newighborhood. They are consistently friendly, but more importantly their work and honesty are fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone.

Oh okay. I'm sorry for the pun. One day I found a nail in my tire and stopped in the nearest place. They said they were busy and sent me here. This place was busy too, but they stopped to look at my tire and fixed it at the same time. It was so fast. They said I was really lucky and to enjoy my day. No charge. I will replace the whole set there rather than at the place where I got them. The other place is too busy. It's almost time now too. Anyway. They are professional, honest, and patient. Who could ask for more?
