I bought a Half-Off Coupon for a $40 synthetic blend oil change. After the change I found out they used regular motor oil, claiming the $40 value was their $26.99 std oil change and a $20 tire rotation! What a joke. If that's true I asked, why aren't you advertising a $47 value instead of a $40 value? No answer, just a blank stare.

This is textbook bait and switch. Bait the customer with a great offer and then switch the offer when he shows up in the store.

Don't do business with crooks!

We have been using this facility since they opened 5 years ago and have been very satisfied with their reliable service and most of all, their honesty. It is wonderful to have them in the neighborhood.

I took my brand new car to Goodyear about 6 months ago for a flat tire repair. They asked me if I wanted an oil change and I thought "How difficult could an oil change be to perform?" so I agreed. Shortly after leaving the facility, I started to smell smoke. It seems that they never put the cap back on after filling my oil, so oil had bubbled up and splilled all over my engine. It caused the oil levels to drop and if I had not caught it in time, it could have impacted my engine. I called them to request that they clean my engine up and they didn't seem apologetic at all. Before I could make it over for them to clean my engine, I started hearing a grinding noise. Apparently, the same person who forgot to put the cap on my car, also forgot to tighten my skid plate underneath my car and the noise I heard was the entire plate (being held on by 1 of 4 bolts) dragging underneath my car. When I called them, they suggested that I just take it to a nearby shop and have someone else fix it. I took it to Sears at the Perimeter and they fixed it free of charge (thank you, Sears!). Unfortunately, the skid plate was pretty beaten up at that point. After a couple of visits and many wasted hours of my time, Goodyear finally did the repairs. BUT to finish it off, after completing the service, they backed my car over the curb and scraped beneath my bumper. I would not trust these people with a Hot Wheel car much less a real one.
