Miguels is well known with locals in town and with folks from San Diego. They have a wonderful white jalepeno dip to go with the chips and their food is consistently good.

The Mexican food is very good, although I tend to like the "greasy taco shops" this is quite good for a sit-down place. The atmosphere is especially nice out in the patio. Great place to take guests from out-of-town.

We have been going to Miguel's on Coronado for 21 years now. FANTASTIC food (I always get the Calamari Relleno--YUM!) and they have the BEST Margaritas I've ever tasted! Get the Miguels margarita in a shaker, but watch the top! You will not be dissapointed!
One of the best Mexican Food resturanst that I have found in San Diego. I have been to 2 different locations in San Diego, the one in East Lake and the one in Coronado. They both had excellent customer service and GREAT food!

I love the location of Miguel's Coronado. It's a perfect date place and the food is great! They make excellent Pomegranite Margaritas that come in their own mini shakers. Although my favorite thing about Miguel's is the White Jalapeno Cheese Sauce. I request some with my chips and then I order the shrimp enchiladas because they come covered in the delicious sauce! The only problem is that they don't make reservations, so be prepared to wait....but it is worth it!

I've been going to Miguel's in Nado since 1990 and I still have the same waiter! Food is very consistent and the prices reasonable. Best bet is to go during off-peak hours to avoid a wait. Love the calamari - torta and rellenos.

I am so happy they finally opened a location in Eastlake. Although the atmosphere is not at cute as the Coronado location, the food is still as yummy! If you go, make sure you taste the cheese sauce; it is the most delicious sauce (they even give you the recipe if you ask for it).

I love how this place is tucked behind the hotel...They serve really gret mex food and the atmosphere is great. It is a little cramped though but overall good.

This place has always produced great food. Breakfast is my favorite, but any time is awesome. The atmosphere is authentic, and the people are always happy to serve.
