Mike's Auto & Truck Service

On Friday morning in 40 degree, I noticed the thermostat needle go from supper cold to half-way in less than .3 miles. After calling the shop, Pat talked me off the cliff, and I brought the car in this morning. Bad news, thermostat had gone bad. Great news, I caught it in time and didn't end up blowing the head gasket unlike another client. These people are refreshingly honest, patient (I was emotional about my car's health), and professional. I highly recommend and will be stopping in again.

With all these wonderful reviews, I feel like I'm in the minority. Last year I left my diesel F-350 with these people, and they kept it for almost six weeks.After a few days that I left it, they left my truck outside, and forgot to lock it.Needless to say, I get a call from Pat to give me the wonderful news that someone has broken into my truck which was unlocked, and did alot of damage (tried to steal it).They did fix some of the problem but I did take my truck to another repair shop and they fixed it right up.My total bill with Mike's was over eighteen hundred dollars, but they gave me ten percent off the labor charge. Not a big deal, excluding the thieves took hundreds of dollars worth of things, including a great Nikon , which I just bought.I'm sure they have many satisfied customers, but I'm not one.

As a single female, there is little I dread more than dealing with car issues. Mike's Auto made my most recent experience very pleasant. Not only did they order parts and work late on a Saturday to repair my car, but they charged a reasonable price and arranged for transporation for me to go home while they did the work. Pat was very pleasant and most helpful. My car is running great.

I have a 2001 Toyota Highlander. My fiance' has a 2007 Pontiac Grand Am. We have both used Mike's Auto and were very pleased with services and labor. It is nice to finally have some honest people you can trust your older vehicle to without other services being sold that you do not need. MGoodwin - VRay

I've an old car, when it starts acting up, Mike's correctly figures out what's gone wrong and fixes it. They never try to sell me on something the car doesn't need, and they tell me the truth about what is needed and why. They're honest and stand by their work, if they mess something up they owe up to it and make it right.
