Mike is the rare find where you get both quality/profesionalism AND good price. He actually shows up when he says so. He uses his cell phone for effective communications: he usually answers when you call him, or returns your call promptly - unlike many contractors who are difficult to contact after you hire them. I remodelled 2 baths and a laundry room in the Perimeter Mall area in North Atlanta and Mike did a great job doing the stub out, fixture installs, and throwing in a few code violation fixes on my water heater (once he's working at the house, an extra fix or two didn't cost much). He's a master plumber and works by himself on smaller jobs like my own, so has low overhead - and isn't afraid to share those savings with you. If you need someone to fix a leaky toilet at your rental property, Mike does not do that kind of service work (bummer since I have rentals). He tries to limit his residential work to renovations, water tank installs, or the like. After talking with him for awhile, I learned he also has deep rescources for handling larger jobs or commercial work. Good quality: I don't even feel the need to look over his shoulder. :) I usually don't let people in on my secret fishing spots. But since I hire plumbers for renovations infrequently, I'm not afraid to let this secret out. I've been a member of GaReia (Georgia Real Estate Investors Assoc. - www.Gareia.org) for over 5 years, and have hired numerous contractors. Mike is a quality find.
