Mike Monahan Home Inspections

I am a Realtor in Atlanta and have recommended Mike Monahan as a home inspector to clients for almost 8 years. Every time a client uses him, they are satisfied. He is very thorough and not alarmist. Mike inspected a home we were going to purchase and found major problems and we terminated the contract. I would trust him and use him again in the future.

Mike inspected a home I am buying in Dunwoody and did a fantastic job. He gave a detailed explanation of all findings and put them into perspective. He also gave several cost-saving tips to help make the home (which was about 30 years old) more cost efficient. Mike used an infrared device to help pinpoint potential problems such as pest penetration and moisture. I highly recommend Mike.
