BEWARE !! Everything they said was a Lie!! They damaged my plumbing and literally made up repairs . in the end, they were completely exposed by an honest Plumber. Frightening experience.

Came home one evening in Jan 2017 to find my 6 year old water heater leaking into the garage. Found Mike Moore using Google. They answered the phone promptly and sent a plumber out in 2 1/2 hours but that's where the good part ended. The plumber made it obvious that he didn't want to be there. When he got to work on the water heater in the basement closet, I could hear him cursing about the job. He made a point of telling me how heavy the new water heater was and how heavy the old water heater was and that it would be difficult to get them up and down the hill to the truck. The next morning, I smelled natural gas. I went to the water heater in the basement closet and applied soapy water to all of the gas line connections. The gas line connection at the newly installed water heater bubbled like crazy indicating a leak. I had to get a wrench and tighten it myself until it stopped leaking. Failure to check the gas line connection you just installed shows a complete lack of professional competence. Three weeks later, my water heater pressure relief valve began leaking. I called them back and the guy that answered the phone said he would call me back the next morning between 8 and 9. When 9:30 came with no call, I called them again. The guy that answered the phone had clearly been asleep and told me he would call me back in a few minutes. Still waiting for the call... Bottom line, a very unprofessional outfit and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
Mike Moore Plumbing was called to do an emergency replacement of a leaking residential 40 gal gas hot water heater.

Out of 3 plumbers they had the best price for a water heater replacement, which was completed today. Brian was responsive, courteous, and didn't install anything I didn't need. Hats off to this business. Thank you.

I appreciated the immediate and courteous response by Mike Moore's service techs when our water heater burst and was leaking in our house. They came to our house and installed a 50 gallon gas heater in 2 hours and had us hot water there after. Thank you Mike Moore for your great service.

Not reliable, trustworthy....Do not use them. Hired them to replace a simple item. They replaced it with the wrong part, over charged me, informed me that is the only part sold (which I found to be untrue). When contacted to resolve the issue that did not want to take responsibility or recognize any mistake, let alone correct it. Dragged me for one week waiting on the owner to respond before giving me a final decision that they will not do anything. Please keep in mind that at the time of service, they had informed me that the part used and labor was under warranty as I had raised concerns then as well that it did not seem like the correct part.

Thank you for your feedback on your experience. Mike Moore's Plumbing strives to satisfy our customers in every way possible. Mike Moore's Plumbing replaced the washing machine drain pan, but the part that was stock on their machine was no longer available because it was discontinued. Mike Moore replaced the pan with a drain pan that was twice the quality but did not charge the difference. We also only charged 1 hour of labor to keep the cost down. Please contact our office to rectify this issue, we are committed to customer satisfaction!
Mike Moore's Plumbing & Septic put in a hot water heater in our home and left us with an active gas leak. They then sent repair people to fix the leak, told us it was fixed. The gas company came out and tested to make sure fixed and showed us we still had a gas leak. The company also argued with us over reimbursing us for a small charge the heating and air company we have contract with charged us to discover the gas leak in our home and turn off the gas etc. Based on their poor service and customer service attitude and the fact that we were left with not just one but two gas leaks in our home we could not recommend this company to anyone.

Thank you for your feedback on our services. Mike Moore's Plumbing was called to your home to fix your water heater. We identified there was a water leak, but it was coming from the heating and air unit so the next step was to contact your HVAC company to come out and fix it. The HVAC company discovered it was a gas leak so Mike Moore's Plumbing came back out to your home to check it out. We sent two of our master plumbers with a variety of testing equipment and couldn't find a gas leak anywhere. After hours of testing and everything coming back negative, we left your home and recommended a carbon dioxide protector to be safe in the future. Mike Moore's Plumbing was asked to pay for the HVAC service since they supposedly identified a gas leak, but the service fee for the HVAC company was actually for fixing the water line leak and had nothing to do with any service provided by Mike Moore. Please contact our office to rectify this matter, we greatly value our customers your satisfaction!
We called to have our gas water heater replaced with a tankless unit so we can gain some floor space in a remodeling project. The Plumber and installer gave us great advise and completed the work in about a half of a day.
