Milford Automotive

I can not recommend Milford. I drove 90 minutes to have Milford service my ford based on the reviews on this site. I called several days in advance, advised Mark of the problem, and was assured they could service my vehicle in one day. I arrived early in the morning as scheduled, and was told they were behind on two vehicles and could not work on mine that day. I talked to Mark and we decided to reschedule. Talked to Mark on a Tuesday, he advised bringing in Thursday when they open and he could complete the work in one day. When I arrived, Mark was not around, left the vehicle to be serviced as arranged, checked back 2 hours later, they had not even moved the vehicle, and was told it would be 1 ½ days to do the job. Mark was not around. This is completely unacceptable service. They can not maintain service schedules that are arranged in advance. Shop is filthy.

My wife took the car in for repairs after my car ate a timing belt. They fixed it for a good price and did'nt BS or try to upsell unneeded crap. I wish more businesses were like this. Definitely my new mechanic.

I've been going to Milford since I moved to that neighborhood 10 years ago. They definitely take their time and get it right, but I've always felt the $2,000 brake job they did on my Corvette was a bit high, even though they went through and replaced everything and guaranteed their work.

Took car to them after NEVADA PRESTIGE said they fix my left front. Milford had to replaced hub assembly when NEVADA PRESTIGE should have!! And they also fixed my window witch didn't roll down!!! Great people and Great Service

These guys are amazing. They're honest, they're reasonable, and they don't try to sell you stuff you don't need. I got an estimate from a local Ford dealership for 2 motor mounts for $1300!!! Milford did both mounts, fixed my EGR valve, replaced a turn signal and water pump for $750! THE BEST!!!!
