Nice Experience
I purchased a new Kawasaki Versys from them in Feb. 2010. They had quoted a fair price so I visited. My salesman was pleasant from the beginning and easy to work with throughout the transaction. Also met the parts manager and techs. Seemed very down to earth and friendly. Will visit again.

Sadly typical for PWC repair
This may be a good place for motorcyles, but do not bring a pwc (jetski) here. They sold me a battery I didn't need, then told me they would have to pull the motor to test the stator ($$$). The factory repair manual shows how to test the stator in five minutes by removing the airbox and one connector. Either they don't have the manual, didn't read it, or they were trying to rip me off.

Since they didn't recommend the motor pull as a first step, I'll believe that they just didn't know.

Service Dept.
They have finally got some techs in the back that know what they are doing. One tech I've followed around from place to place. He has made his home here. He loves working at Millennium. They treat him right so he can shine with his abilites. He has over 10 years experience working for dealers. He can figure out problems cheaper that other places would to just replace the expensive parts to get your money. This is the only place my bikes would go. He is willing to work on Kawasaki, Yamaha and Hondas (provided they can get the honda parts).

Lack of Customer Service
I admit, I don't own a Kawasaki. But, every bike shop sells oil and other common parts. Upon going in, I was ignored, but when I finally did get help, they did a great job.
