Miller's Glass Block Windows

First things first! I absolutely love my windows!The new windows have not only let in more light than my old windows, they have also given me a comfort of security and look great. I was referred by my co-worker who had got there windows done by millers glass block windows. What made me decide to go with this company was the feedback they gave about millers. They had told me about how there was no mess left for them to clean up, how secure it makes your house and how friendly the workers were to have in there house. The cleanliness of this company is what made me decide to go with them. Being that i have white carpet in my basement this made my mind up to go with them. Thanx for the great work! Elizabeth

Called twice before I revieved a call a week later. I made an appointment for an estimate. That day came and went without a call. Another week later, I recieved another call asking if they could still come out. Are you kidding me! Chose a different company.

Seems like they don't care. I called this company because they were local. Had to leave a message. That should have been my first clue. Called a few days later and had to leave another message. The next day Ken called me back and set up an appointment to come out and measure my windows. \rThat day came and went without anyone showing up or calling. Finally called me three days later asking if he could still come out. I asked if he was serious. Told him no thank you. \rI had another company do the work. I'm glad I did, because after speaking to some other people at church who did use this company, I found many unhappy people with the work.

Not only were they prompt, courteous and knowledgable, but they were very reasonbly priced, did an excellent job and cleaned up afterwards. They were very professional and friendly. I would reccomend them to anyone.
