Last fall I threw in the towel on trying to fix an erosion problem on the side of my house. I live in Cherokee County close to Allatoona Lake. My yard drops off dramatically. By the time that I gave up, my lawn was history. There were ditches so deep that phone and cable lines were exposed. It was a mess. I got quotes from several companies. I listened to each of their remedial plans for our yard. While Miller's quote was not the lowest, their plan just made sense. It was well thought out, handled all contingencies and they explained it to me in a way that I could understand. Then I went out of town... Miller's crew came, did a perfect job and cleaned up when they were done. Not a single complaint from my neighbors. When I got home I was blown away. The new drains were placed exactly where we agreed. The new sod looked great. I am so glad that I found Millers and got my problem cleaned up. All of the rain that we have received since (and there's been a lot) has done nothing to change my mind. Their plan worked and my yard still looks great! dave

We hired Miller Landscape for our pool installation and complete back yard design. This was a major overhaul, as we were redesigning our deck, adding a swimming pool, and a grill area. With this project, it included a two story fireplace, under decking (dry below), re-decking the top deck, and many other features. Along with installing a new swimming pool, they also added new landscaping. Originally, we bid this project out, and frankly we couldn't get anyone to take the project "turnkey"(meaning handle permitting and every aspect) Most contractors wanted us to be the general contractor, and find different companies to do the wood work, or grill, or landscaping, or under decking, etc. We wanted to only deal with one person, and have one person handle everything... Miller did just that! From day one they were up front and honest with times, needs, choices, etc. In fact, we continued the project to re-landscape the front of our house. We have been so pleased with their work. I happily recommend them to anyone looking to improve their home. I find them to be family oriented, honest, and kind. Thankful that those ethics still exists in businesses these days. Thank you Miller Landscaping.

We hired Miller Landscape to level our backyard and install new sod which turned out to be a $10,000 project gone wrong. The fill dirt was not properly installed before the sod was put in place and resulted in settling. We had 3 other landscape companies come to review the work that was performed and every single one of them stated that Miller Landscape did not properly install the fill dirt before laying the sod. After numerous attempts to have the owner Bruce Miller come and inspect the project he elected to send another employee since his schedule was too busy. Miller added sand to the yard to level the spots which has now resulted in dead grass spots all over the yard. This was a simple project that was not executed correctly. Resolving the issues has become such a frustration that we wanted to share the feedback in hopes others will learn from our experience and consider other landscape companies in the market. It is very disappointing to spend such a significant sum of money and the owner could not take the time to return a phone call or come to the job site to address the issues. Bottom line, I would not recommend Miller Landscape. Thanks for reading.

I had a fantastic experience with Miller Landscaping. Soup to nuts, from appointment scheduling, to design to implementation, the Miller Landscaping team is one of the most professional and reliable companies I have had the pleasure to engage. They are highly effective communicators, they are knowledgeable, their team has talent and they are pleasurable with whom to work. I am thrilled at the result of my backyard work and highly recommend this company for landscaping, drainage repair, grading, plant recommendations and labor. "One of the true Sure things" is betting on this company!! Thanks Miller Landscaping for a wonderful backyard for my family.

Miller Landscape is the most professional, honest and truly genuinely good people you could ever meet. You could not ask for a nicer and more honest group of people to have come out and take care of your yard. Not only that, but provide you with first class service and make your yard look extremely nice. My wife and I were looking for a company to take care of my yard while I was deployed to Afghanistan, to make things easier on my wife. We called Miller out for an estimate and we got to talking and that is when we told them why we were looking for them to service our yard. A couple of days later, they called me and told me that they had decided to adopt me and my wife, while I was gone, and that they were taking care of my yard for us while I was gone and that anything that she needed help with that I would normally do to just call them and they would take care of it for her. They ended up providing service to our yard for 18 MONTHS at no cost to us!!! I could not be more thankful for everything they did for me and my wife. Our yard looked the best it ever did while using their service, and I plan on only using them for anything that we ever have done in the future. Thanks Miller, for all that you guys did for us. You are truly appreciated and I will make sure to always spread the word about what a great company you guys are!

Miller built retaining walls for me over 5 years ago and they are still solid as ever! We recently called them back to build an outdoor kitchen. With Shawn's guidance we have the perfect outdoor space. Thank you for your honesty, timeliness and professionalism.

When we needed 3 retaining walls replaced it was difficult to find contractors who really knew what they were doing. We eventually found 2 and selected Miller because they also brought landscape design to the table. They didn't just replace the walls, they gave us a new and very accessible front yard. (It had been just a steep slope before.) They were honest brokers as we agreed on the work to be done and the cost. Their installation was flawless, done on time and in budget. Everyone at Miller is professional and personable; from the office staff to the owner, Bruce, to the folks in the field. We will use them again and recommend them with confidence.

From the initial visit by Bruce Miller and throughout the process from proposal through final installation, their service was impeccable. It is not often that a company delivers both superior service as well as well as a competitive price. The entire team was professional in the way they communicated with us regarding their schedule and instructions on how to use the newly installed equipment. We recommend Miller Landscaping highly and without reservation.

We recently used Miller Landscape to complete a patio and firepit project for us...and could not be more pleased. Bruce was phenomenal to work with, and Cameron's design was exactly what we envisioned. You will not find better service and people.

Hey! This is KyWoman again and to set a few of their replys straight: Bruce Miller was NOT on crutches, never mentioned having surgery and I was NOT contacted AT ALL until after I posted my review - 7 days after his visit. I received my emailed estimate AFTER writing my Kudzu review and contacted by someone from his office-NOT Bruce Miller. I was not confused about anything. I'm learning that probably most great reviews are posted by the company. Lets keep the facts straight! BEWARE

I personally contacted this client immediately after Bruce emailed the quote...less than 1 week from the consultation to make sure she recieved it. I spoke with her husband and he confirmed they did recieve it. The day after that call, I recieved an alert about this review. I contacted her a second time to kindly see why she had posted such an contradictory review stating that she never recieved a quote. She went on to explain that she did get it, but didn't understand why it had to be emailed. I tried explaining to her that it is standard procedure to email quotes, within the same time frame, and that her review was simply just not a true statement. She also had no sympathy for the fact that Bruce Miller, the owner, had also just had extensive knee surgery that weekend, was on crutches, and instead of canceling or postponing the appointment with with her, went out to the FREE consultation anyways. As you will see from our other great reviews and our website, Miller Landscape is an excellent company, that accepts projects of any size, and has been doing so for 30 years. We regret that this project was just evidently not a good fit, and that the client did not inform us of her urgency to recieve a quote during the initial phone call, which we most likely could have accomodated.
Miller Landscape did an amazing job on our backyard and new deck. Bruce Miller met with us several times before we signed a contract and he showed up on time every time. The Project Manager (Sean) was very knowledgable and did a great job keeping us updated on the progress of the project; he ensured the project was completed on time and was a plaeasure to work with. The entire staff is very talented and worked very hard. We have a beautiful deck and backyard and couldn't be happier.

We have lived in our home over 25 years and have always experienced water drainage problems. After our last problem with drainage, we contacted Miller. They promptly arrived for the appointment and prepared a total design of both our front and back yard. Once we both agreed on the design, Miller gave us a date on which they would begin. All work was completed on time as outlined in our plan. Bruce's employees worked tirelessly and professionally. His project manager, Shawn, was outstanding. The stacked stone was fantastic and Hyme completed the job is short order. The fencing was completed with great percision and done by Craig. I cannot say enough about "Shorty" who was always ready to do the right thing and "make my landscaping beautiful". I am now considering Miller for a redesign of my back deck area. I can only say that if you want it done right, professionally and have a GREAT crew working for you, hire Miller Landscape...They are fantastic....
