My daughter has been attending Millers since she was 6 months old! We love the staff and the teachers and most of all of flexibility of the scheduling! My daughter has learned a love and respect for the water that she would not have earned elsewhere!

I had researched where to take my 3 kids for summer swimming lessons in Tulsa and Miller Swim School seemed to have good reviews. After spending 2 weeks and $225 for the lessons, it was a waste of my money. My children learned nothing. I have enrolled them at Swim Tulsa, and the lessons are so much better. It seems Miller has become complacent, thinking they are the only swim school in Tulsa, but this is just not true. I have spoken with other friends who have had problems with Miller's management and although one of my friend's has a $200 credit there, she said she will never go back. I would try St. Francis, St. John, SBC Kids, or Swim Tulsa. I cannot recommend Miller.

This is the second time I've enrolled my kids at Miller (giving them a 2nd chance). They proved once again that they do not value my business. Today we showed up for lessons and they had my daughter on the wrong level. I explained that she had been moved up a level during the last session, and I had the promotion card at home. Nobody believed me! The staff was so rude to me and my daughter, and they bumped her down a level. This was a waste of our time and money for her not to advance when ready. My daughter went ahead and got in the pool, and the instructor was yelling at her in the pool to the point that she was crying and could not swim. They were upset with me for making an issue of their inadequate paperwork and taking it out on a child. I got her and my other children out of the pool and walked out because it was so bad. I came home and found my card with the level advancement on it. It was exactly what I had told them. These people should be ashamed of how they treated me and my daughter today. They give no credibility to parents, and I've seen them do this to other mothers as well. It's infuriating to be called a liar and my daughter to be treated terribly when it was their paperwork that was incorrect. Honestly, they have a culture that is quite narcissistic. There's just no other word for how they treat others. Obviously, we won't go back, and I hope this information helps another family avoid a bad experience.

Miller swim school herds children through their facility like cattle. They are impersonal, the teachers and staff do not smile, and the staff does not provide parents with any customer service at all. I have gone there a year without any improvement in these issues and I would never recommend them. There are nicer places to take swim lessons.

My 3 children have been taking for the past 6 months. Prior to taking swim lessons there, my children were terrified to go under the water. Now they love it. They are only 3 years of age and 2 years of age and they are swimming!

Miller Swim School is the place to go when you are ready to sign up your children for Swimming Lessons. They have several schedules to choose from and you can take your children year round or to two week sessions during the summer months. They also offer private lessons. It is a little costly but if you are going to have your children around the water it is a MUST.

Great learning enviorment. The staff is friendly and knows how to work with children. They are fun and exciting to work with and love being there for the kids. Its a good idea to get your kids in swim class to prepare them for being in the water. Its the safe thing to do.
