I have gone there my whole life they have encoaurging coaches that will push you but not to hard they will welcome you in there family no matter what teachs good disaplean they know what they are doing all the girls a awesomely nice no matter how slow you are the won't get frustated has 7 beams (2 are compition) 2 sets of bars 1 over a pit tumble track vault tramp and floor

Well, I've been training there for about a year and was an instructor there myself for a few months. It's a nice little gym and great bunch of students and staff. The instructors there will push you to where you need to be. Did I already say it was a nice gym?\r
